The scent of the product itself smelt horrible. The product didn't do what the packaging promised to do. Also, there were no instructions as to how to use the product which obviously isn't helpful at all.

I so wanted to give this a really high star mark, but unfortunally I can not. Firstly the dispenser didn't work. I puped and pumped and nothing came out. I had to take the whole thing apart and managed to get it to work. When it was working the colour of the cream that came out was a rather unattractive beige colour and the smell was awful it reminded me of TCP. It made my skin feel tight and sore.For something at such a high price I was excpecting something much better.Also the dispenser is a horrible yellow colour.

I usually use much cheaper creams than this so I can notice the difference when I apply it. You only need a tiny amount and it feels really smooth and sinks it beautifully. I can't see any noticeable difference yet but my skin does feel smoother and more elastic. I don't think I can justify paying full price for this cream but I would buy it again on half price and it has made me want to spend a bit more on a higher quality cream.

The bottle I received is bright yellow so not as shown, plus the top broke on first use and now has to be pushed back into place every time it's used. The cream itself isn't moisturising and smells like cheap air freshener. I'm underwhelmed with this very pricey product!

Overall I was quite happy with this product:- I found the pump had an unusual design although it did dispense the right amount of serum- Skin felt instantly tightened upon application- Left a sparkly finish after application which had a brightening effect on skin- Had a slight chemical smell although it wasn't too strong.This product is comparable to other serums but is a bit more expensive than most others.

It's always difficult to tell with premium products, but a few weeks of using this does appear to result in firmer and fuller skin. That said, and it shouldn't matter, the packaging isn't great for a item of this price.... You really shouldn't have to treat luxuries like this in the s ad me wag you would a malfunctioning toothpaste dispenser. First world problems... Bug still.
