Just skip the cheap stuff and buy this
I bought joist tape from Lowes (Dekorators) and Home Depot (unbranded), but I needed something wide to cover some flat blocking so I bought this G-tape. This stuff is way easier to work with, can be peeled and restuck, but after a few days its on for good. It's thin compared to the butyl tape options which makes it far easier to work with. The price was pretty reasonable for a 9" width compared to some options out there and it's compatible with PVC decking unlike some of the asphalt based tapes.I wish I'd known about G-Tape before I did all my joists because I much preferred it over the butyl tapes that I used. Butyl tape did not stick well to joist corners but the G-tape had no problems. Do yourself a favor and just buy this. It's not the cheapest option but it's not THAT much more and performs installs much better. You can tell right away that it's a high quality product.

Very Expensive
If you don't have a budget this tape is great. The Tape works very well. However I would definitely suggest using the kind without the paper back.
