Reduced my triglycerides 40 percent in four months

Have been taking for a week. Apart from the terrible taste (that lingers in your mouth for a long period) , it does not seem to have any effect on regulating blood sugar.

Can't say anything about effectiveness since just took first dose, as other reviews noted, this product has a strong, nasty taste, no wonder it's good for parasite removal! Not even Smart mouth rinse, a product I have used over a decade, can't get rid of this awfully horrible taste. Make sure you don't use it at bedtime...bleccch!

It appears to be helping with my blood sugar levels. I have "metabolic syndrome" and check by blood glucose (BG) levels several times a day. Exercise definitely plays a part but isolating that from just plain eating a low carb diet there has been a slight lowering of my BG levels. I am keeping track and hope that things will improve as I continue regular use.

I am unable to get past the taste of the liquid. It makes me sick to my stomach.

We have a family member who’s diabetic and uses Berberine. So in an effort to make that’s easier we tried this.After a lot of complaints he said here try it. Good gracious alive. This stuff is completely unpalatable. I’m not a drinker, but take the WORST cold medicine you’ve ever had, add a shot of alcoholic with a horrible flavor and that’s this. My tongue and lips went numb. The flavor wouldn’t leave. I tried tea. No help. Coffee, not working. Orange juice. That helped some. It took 35-40 minutes to wear off the numb feeling. I did not even use a whole dose. This could work well for tooth or mouth numbing, but as a diet aid, it’s awful.

I bought this because I believed of the benefits and bioavailability thru digestion is low. Also metformin is not easily available. The problem is that the smell takes a long time to go away. So I haven't been able to use it very often.
