I open, test, and repackage every one of these I pack into my trauma kits. While they seem to be of lesser quality than some of the brand name tourniquets out there, they work just as well. And for an item that will get used once and discarded, I like that I can buy 2 or 3 for the price of one of the other brands.

Haven't had the need to use one yet, but for $7 compared to $30-$35 on first aid/paramedic sights??It's probably good for a single use (as is intended)

I’d like to say how wonderful these things work, but fortunately I haven’t had to use either of them yet and hopefully never will. They seem to be built well though.

Seems like a good legit tourniquet pair. I bought for a first aid kit for my hunting pack in the back country. Hopefully I never have to use it.

Hope to never have to use them, but great to have on hand in case of an emergency for camping, hiking, hunting as well as in the car for emergency situations.

I use these for teaching but carry multiple. Emt I work with had not qualms. Awesome deal for the money.

Comes with everything in the description I hope I will never have to use it but it's always good to be prepared I put it in my range bag and it doesnt really take up space

This will not fit into a hard shell case. I had to force mine into the hard shell case. It’s impossible to pull out with on hand.This will only fit into the large canvas pouch it come with or large single flashlight molle pouch
