Great sound. Otherwise not a good product. Disappointed.
It was supposed to be refurbished but either it’s just a poor product or the quality control is lacking. It stops working 3 or 4 times a day and has to be unplugged from power and plugged back on. When a tv show/movie goes to commercial it’s like it tries to adjust. Sometimes the volume goes way down then adjusts or just stops working altogether. Denon customer support is horrible. Was transferred three times. The third person sent me back to the phone menu so I gave up. I couldn’t understand what they were saying anyway.It didn’t come with the remote but the seller is sending me one. I just hope it’s the right model but I don’t have a lot of faith. The only saving grace is that when this sound bar does work it sounds great.I’m very disappointed because Denon used to be quality equipment.

Quality soundbar at a good price
Excellent soundbar for the money, but a couple of things detract from 5-star rating.1. Switching modes produces an annoying delay where there is no sound2. Remote could be backlit.3. Volume on-screen display (CEC) should use the TV's native graphics (mine is more informative) rather than just +/-.
