I've been hunting high and low for a matrix that supports ultrawide resolution. This device works perfectly with my 2560x1080 display.

(Prior)Had to return the first order of this item due to a failed audio port. Amazon was great in supplying a replacement. The replacement had a failed HDMI In-port.Probably the last time I order a TESmart unit.(UPDATE) - I had shared with the manufacture vendor that I would update this review, which I am now doing. Completely unsolicited, the company reached out to me with an inquiry as to my concerns, which I shared in detail. They offered to replace the SECOND, replacement, unit at no charge, which they do promptly. I was quite impressed with their concern and effort to make things right. The new unit sent to me works like a charm, probably, in their words, as it should. As a result, due to the accurate representation of quality and the hard work of the vendor, I am lifting my original rating of two stars to five. My thanks to TESmart for their efforts.

I have an issue with this working for the LG OLED77GXPUA, customer service is helping me with this issue , replied back within minutes , will keep you posted , I have PS5 , XBOX, Switch , Firestick connect to a Samsung 50 inch LED TV and 77 inch OLED LG, would like to alternate the gaming systems to the 2 TVs

Bring all my components together as one. One click of the button and I can go from my table box to my projector to my game unit to my Apple TV. A great product thank you

I have three monitors, and I use this to switch two of the monitors between my home computer and work laptop. I have another kvm switch - that switches my keyboard, mouse and usb hub along with a 2560x1440(QHD) at 60Hz monitor. This matrix switch handles my 4K monitor @60Hz from the home PC and @30 Hz from my not-so-capable work laptop as well as a 1920x1080 monitor @60 Hz from both home PC and work laptop. This switch easily handles the mix of resolutions and refresh rate. Loses a star as it gave no display when I tried to use the QHD monitor. I have not used the optical or audio splitting features of this. Tip: I used an existing 2032 battery cell rather than buying a new 2025 battery cell for its remote.

Product works as described but causes problems with sound stability when switching from both A and B assigned to the same source to B going to a different source. The sound on A will flicker causing my broadcasting software running on my computer to have to be restarted re-establishing the same audio feed.Also, it does not always wake up my Cinema Display (It has no power button but relies on receiving a certain signal from the computer when it powers up. Sometimes works, sometimes does not.

I started having random issues with the ROFAVEZCO (shows excoo on it) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B083K39RHF that was easily fixed by un-plugging and re-plugging the HDMI cables from the device but i got really tired of doing that every day so started looking for something else and this fit the bill. I have other TESmart items and while their manuals are usually pretty bad their devices usually work without problems, just as this one does. Easy plug-and-play, i did have to unplug and replug it once to get it to properly recognize the EDID info on my monitors but it's working perfectly for now and i only had to do that once

Excellent switch for connecting multiple monitors to multiple devices. Using with 2 HD monitors connected to a desktop and a laptop. Simple switching via buttons or remote control. First order had a faulty power cord and was replaced asap (Excellent customer support)
