I have been experiencing dizziness as well as having itchy ears. My doctor suggested I use an OTC ear drops. This product worked for me. I used as directed when my condition was at it's worse. The dizziness went away.Itchy ears seems to run in our family. It is probably a combination of allergies which effect skin in the inner earprobably shampoo related. The other is nasal and ear stuffiness due to pollen. So step 2 to help my inner earis to out droplets Similasan on a Qtip and gently swap the inside of my ear.I have ordered more Similasan since it works for me.

It's nice that a holistic solution would work to good, but this stuff does the job. All of my life I have had to battle ear wax build up, complicated by having a naturally extra small ear canal, and so I am thrilled with how good this product works. I applied it during the worst ever ear suffering I have ever had, and with an ear canal infection extreme, and I was so glad to find the reviews here at Amazon that put me on to this wonderful earache remedy. As bad as I was hurting I did not want to wait for the mail to bring it, so I went to the local small town pharmacy and there it was on the shelf, so I bought it there. But I think this product deserves that I take time to add to the positive reviews. We need to get the word out on this great product.

I use this in the beginning of an ear ache, every time it has gone away. Very happy with it.

Great product

Not as stated this is not earache releief drops .dry ear releief drops for water in the ear two different kinds as other customers have receive. The original earache drops are not available any more. Not as advertisement

When we used these on our 4 year old (a couple times), her ear pain went away immediately and the ear infections were able to clear up on their own.
