First of all this light is just soooo coool! We love the look of this light!Some cons:The box arrived pretty beat up, so when I finally got around to installing it, yup, one of the glass cylinders already had a crack in it.They don't give off an enormous amount of light, so make sure you get multiple pendants, I think there was an option for a single pendant, there's no way that would have lit anything.Also some of the pendants don't seem to hang just right in the cylinders so they aren't all exactly vertical. Only someone like me with OCD will notice, the overall look and effect is nice.

The light worked for 8 weeks, then one led bulb died. I went to amazon site to see the return policy for this item which showed that there was a 1 month window for the return. There is no phone number I can find. It was delivered on Jan 22,2021. It died March 18, 2021. $145 down the toilet and no way to have it replaced.

Good for the price. They look better with cool white leds. The Christal holders are plastic... they bend easily. Stainless steel would have been better.

Its a beautiful light fixture. Better to install with two people..so that one can hold the dangling lights and the other can hold the main circular base fixture that gets attached on to the ceiling. The main wire for attachments are short. Rest all is good.

Good design but not so good made and poor packaging. One of the four crystal bar had a wrong screw hole as shown in the picture, so I had to drill another hole on the metal cover. Inside the package: The form that holds the outer glasses had no tape or anything which make them so easy to slide out and break! Should at least put a warning label as a reminder!

I would give this fixture a negative 5 stars for it being burnt out in less than 6 months one the 2nd one already and the return window has closed. Do NOT BUY this product! Sucks way bad.
