Works Well
Meets my needs while sitting in wheelchair. This is the second one that I have purchased. The first one compressed to about 50% of its initial thickness over a 12 month period. It was then not as effective as a cushion which prompted purchase of the new one.

A major improvement over the standard wheelchair cushion.

This cushion cuts off circulation in the thighs.
The cushion is very thick in the front. If you are wheelchair bound for any reason do not purchase this cushion. It cuts off circulation in the legs. I used it for five minutes and could feel my legs throbbing. The product is also not refundable.

MAKE SURE YOU NEED 3" AS THIS ISN'T RETURNABLE. PURCHASED AND COULDN'T RETURN.
Need to post largely that item not returnable. I ordered for my moms wheelchair and 3" is too tall. Never used, nada. Still couldn't return it. Not cool.
