Had this since January, at first I was really impressed with the quality for the price. However having used it now for several months we have found that the screws and fixings are not very good. We only use the playp9in our living room and have not used it for travel purposes. However we have found we have to tighten the screws regularly to ensure they do not fall out. A few screws will no longer screw into the fixing. This product is also a health and safety risk in my opinion around babies that will eat anything as some of the screws we have found in the base of the pen. I would not recommend purchasing this product unless it's for short term use. Currently looking for an alternative option.

Very nice playpen .. my little one enjoys playing in it and it gives me some sense of safety that she will not hurt herself.Very easy to assemble and pack back.. can be used in transportation easily and handy to carry around.Padded protection on each side is handy as well.

It is ok, does the job I need it for however material does tear and recently Drew’s and bolts have come away at the top. Not good enough really

This seemed great at first. We bought it for only very occasional use, in order to keep our little one safe, while doing more labour intensive household chores, oven cleans, etc.Sadly even with such light use, (after only 5 or 6 uses) and only 2 months of owning it, the stitching where the webbing straps meet the thin base, ripped when my very light 10 month old daughter stepped on it.

These pictures show just some of the damage to the product. The company did everything they could to avoid returning my money and I only received it after Amazon customer service got involved. They are now refusing to refund the postage for returning the item because they sent an email saying they have to authorise it. I had pressed on return item on the website, filled out the form that came up and sent it by the time I had read the email. They now say they will only pay it after I alter my review. I wonder if that is a tactic they use to improve their ratings? I refuse to be pressurised into giving a falsely positive review.

This pen does exactly what we need it to do. The only negative was having to stitch one clip on as it hadn't been attached during manufacturing. Apart from that, we are really pleased with the size and design, and the fact we can now run to the bathroom without worrying will our little one be safe!

This was a fab pen for a couple of months, sadly after this (and the returns period) it started to fail, clips broke, holes appeared. Worked really well to travel with though so will probably keep it for the in-laws.

Unfortunately we ordered two of these play pens (one as a replacement) and both had a fault. They were not major but it meant they were not secure. We received a full refund after the replacement also had the fault. Great customer service but mediocre product.Easy to assemble and lightweight.
