Terrible Product - I want a replacement under warranty
Don’t even know if it’s original... Buying Jabra for years now... low battery life + some Calls have a lot of static and u have to recall - I demand a replacement

Good sound but poor range and poor mic
Though this is UC certified headset, but its not useful for online conference calls on google meet, zoom and MS Team etc. Its mic pics lots of background noises. Other person can not listen you with clarity. Its battery is fine, more than 10 hours, but music quality and noise cancellation is very very poor. Its being worth of more than 22k, doesn't justify its price. Its bluetooth range is not more than 10 meter, even if I go to other room I experience audio signals drops, and in bluetooth mode its range is very poor. Same result is with USB nano receiver. Its not useful..... therefore wouldn't recommend it to buy.... better to invest your money in some other brand.

Power on and Volume Buttons got depressed and damaged in less than a year
Bought this product directly from the vendor (not Amazon)The product is excellent and can connect to multiple devices at same timeNoise cancellation is good, voice quality is goodWas used in windows laptop for meetings with Teams and Zoom and with mobile phoneIn less than a year the buttons which power on and volume control got depressed into the cavities and became unusableNot expected for such a high cost itemThe attached picture show the volume up button (still not depressed) while the power on and volume down button got depressed into the cavitiesUpdate: Company is arranging for a replacement or the product. Too expensive for the quality and features
Reducing rating after more than 1 year use. I lost all the earplugs as they kept on dropping and now there is no replacement is available. This expensive device is lying with no use. The overall quality is not upto the mark of the price tag.Not sure why it is 22 thousand, it works well for calls and music but the cost is too high. Also the oval size earbuds aren’t very comfortable. It pains if used more than an hour.

Too costly
Less than a year it's multifunctional button fall off and there is no service centre in all over India for it's servicing. Don't buy any thing from Jabra.
