It's worth the money

I was nervous about buying this jacket. I wasn’t sure how good the quality would be and was hesitant about the fit. However, I could not be more pleased with this jacket.The leather is super soft and supple, almost like glove leather. It’s not the hard protective leather found in “real” moto jackets...if you need road rash protection this won’t do. It was soft enough and light enough that the mail lady actually crammed the whole thing into my mailbox. This suits my needs perfectly. I have weird sensory issues and the squeak of new stiff leather bugs me. This jacket doesn’t squeak. It’s soft and light and comfortable to wear. The construction seems good enough, it is on par with other similar jackets I’ve seen selling for way more.I got an xxl because of other reviews and because I wanted it a little big for layering. I’m a size 12, tall, with long arms and broad shoulders. Leather jackets cut for women usually bind across the shoulders and upper arms in me but the xxl has plenty of room in those areas to be comfortable without looking boxy or like I’m a linebacker. I’m a 38 B and I have plenty of room to comfortably zip up even with a hoodie on. The arms are long enough and the jacket comes down to the top of my hips, not like some that are cropped and leave half your belly exposed. There is a pocket inside big enough for my iPhone and a pack of smokes and the outer pockets are big enough that you can put your hands in comfortably without shredding yourself on the zippers.I have been on a quest to replace my 20 year old perfectly broken in black leather moto jacket that was stolen and I’ve tried my luck with many different ones without success. Who knew that the perfect one would be 100 bucks on amazon? If you’re on the fence go for it...I’ve seen pleather jackets that are more expensive than this one and the quality for the price point is amazing.

I felt compelled to write a review on this jacket for a litany of reasons. First of all I didn’t know whether I should order a small or an extra small?I chose an extra small and it fits perfectly!For reference: I am 5‘5“ 105 lbs. Small boned, long arms, 32D. The jacket fits as if it had been tailored for me. I can easily get a sweater underneath and zip it up comfortably. I do have broad shoulders and until the jacket loosens up a little bit to my build I can feel the very slightest pull — but that’s with me ‘forcing’ and ‘flexing’ my shoulders…The jacket itself is beautifully made and looks great on. Well it’s the traditional biker jacket it does have them in an appeal. The hardware seems to be of high quality and the zippers all work beautifully. The leather is soft and supple and feels great to the touch. I looked at hundreds of jackets before settling on this one. My biggest difficulty was trying to decide which size as no true reviews regarding size XS were discussed in depth ie: adequate information, measurements for me to make an educated purchase. I absolutely LOVE this jacket! (as you may have noticed in my title line... lol) I normally wear a size 10 in jeans, and 12, or L or XL in some tops, depending on how they're made. I first ordered the jacket in a large. It fit, but was a little snug. So, I exchanged it for an XL. It was a no-nonsense return, and I got a replacement pretty quickly. This size fits absolutely perfectly! One thing.... it's a lighter jacket... not for cold weather, which is fine, because we don't ride in the cold weather, anyway. We had a motorcycle rally at the end of June in New Hampshire, and we take rides that start in the morning. This jacket was just right for that weather on the back of the bike. And, the softness, and leather smell.... ! 🙄🙃 Just beautiful......So, I'm extremely pleased with the jacket, and I plan to wear it in the cooler weather, as just a regular jacket... if ya know what I mean... lolThank You... ! After reading reviews, I expected a very thin-skinned leather jacket. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the leather is comparable to the older leather jkt I have from Wilson's Leather. The leather is not as soft as I would have expected for lamb, but it will wear-in nicely. Based on other reviews, I figured that a Large would fit me perfectly but would not allow room for a sweater underneath. So, I purchased the XL. It is definitely large enough for a sweater and the arm length is definitely long (covers half of my hand). For reference, I am 5'5", 150 lb with a chest at 34/36 D or C. Very Happy with this jacket. Wish it had come in a dark chocolate brown, but black will do.

I read reviews from other buyers who said go up 2 sizes as this coat fits small however 1 size up would have been more appropriate so I am returning. the delivery was quick and came packages really nice and elegant and no odd smell or mold as some reviews said as was like it came from a fresh store down the street.I will order again and give it another try with the right size.
