same here, the only thing I can say is I love me some Youssou N' Dour, listening to him for over 12yrs...don't know what he is saying in his native tongue or French whichever European conquered that area, but I feel it. sometimes my Senegal girlfriend try to translate but her English is good but limited

Buy Senegalese Music
Senegal has excellent music, and Youssou N'Dour is the most famous, and perhaps the best performer of it. Don't just buy the CD, go to Senegal to hear Youssou (he has his own club) or his countrymen play some live. It is a great music and a great country. Enjoy.
