Solid material, but does not fit my 2014 Breakout as advertised. I wasted hours trying to fit it. One of the bolts installs dangerously close to the belt.

This little bracket did the trick on my 2020 FXBB. I used it with a Viking swing arm bag. Very solid. Take your time installing it and pay attention to the directions and it'll go on smooth!.

Purchased this for a 2018 FXFB.I wanted something more secure than the straps that come with the HD bag or any swingarm bag. The straps end up coming loose and also rub off the paint on the frame. This kit was perfect and is a solid way to attach something on the swingarm. As others have mentioned, take your time and read the directions carefully. The directions could be a little clearer but overall they do the job in pointing you in the right direction when installing.Add thread-locker to the bolts and nuts and you're set to attach any bag to the kit on your bike. After one season of riding with the new kit, I would also recommend checking on whatever you carry in the bag. The inner plate bolts stick into the bag's interior and can damage anything you have in there. Luckily, I used Pelican style boxes in there to carry my stuff. My solution was to cut a rectangular piece of cardboard and put it in between my items and the plate. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and how its holding up so far.
