I have been taking this a short time to assist my liver. It does not cause any unwanted side affects. This supplement is vital to humans and very difficult to get naturally in food.The tablet is best taken with food and I take this after breakfast. I have noticed myself feeling more focused and feeling better in myself. Buy with confidence.
