Hard to control,drives poorly on surfaces,battery in the way hurts top of leg

This is a GREAT chair. I bought mine direct from China before they were available on Amazon or elsewhere in the US. I have little use of my legs. so it important that I can lift it in and out of my van whilst seated on a stool or folding chair which I can easily do.I impress people with its speed and maneuverability. Battery holds charge for a long time with no loss of speed. Folds easily and quickly. Comfortable to sit in with very firm but soft cushion. Joystick easy to remove for safe carriage strapped and secured in upright position in back of van.Drops easily into trunk of car by user or a companion who is able to lift 46 pounds. Simple and quick battery removal makes lifting even easier.It has greatly enhanced my quality of life by making it possible to visit places by myself without having to rely on someone else to put chair in van for me.Very fairly priced here.Manufacturer in China gave me excellent customer service with shipping problems as an individual importer. I'm confident that they will give dealer same great service should it be needed.
