Watch is Dead on Arrival
I keep getting an error that makes the watch not function, meaning I cant progress past the screen to finish setup. I have communicated with the support team for 2 weeks and still have not recieved a resolution. Just today they said that they will need to replace my watch but asked me to pay for shipping for returns. I ended up asking them to send me a return label which I feel like they just should have done in the first place given that I have not used my watch and have been paying for the mobile service plan since 12/2/21. Not impressed.

Not worth it.
My daughter is a very active child. Always hanging out with various other children in the neighborhood. A phone / tracker watch cures all my concerns right? Absolutely! But, not this one.I frequently get alerts that she is in another state when the watch is in my sight. The location function is "very appropriate". Instead of knowing what house she is in, I can see what neighborhood she's in. Sometimes it accurately displays a street.The battery... No.The battery on this watch lasts for a matter of hours. Not days, not day, hours.

Only works on Tmobile
Customer service was horrible! The battery lasted all of 4 hours and only works on Tmobile network. I returned both watches.
