Mega Candles - Unscented 3" Floating Disc Candles - White, Set of 12

The media could not be loaded.  Used these as decorations for an outdoor fall cookout They floated perfectly. Perfect in 4" candle holders. Had them lit 3 hours and they burned slowly and lasted. No complaints or regrets at all.

I ordered these as I needed a small amount more than the larger order I’d placed form another company on amazon. They were used in the centerpieces at our daughters wedding, and they were gorgeous. I said it in my review of the other brand I ordered, DO NOT leave them outside all day. They are wax and will melt. That is not the company’s nor the candles fault. Arrange for someone to get them inside when you get notified they were delivered. I could not tell a difference between this brand and the other brand. All 81 candles were lit at 4:00pm and we blew them out at midnight. Don’t hesitate to order these based on customer reviews that they arrived deformed or the pictures of meted candles. That is a direct result of wax left out in the sun/heat. Enjoy!

Where to start. Ok , first of all, the name is misleading, maybe a little confusing. Sure, they are 3", but "mega"? Can something 3" really be considered 'mega'? And even though it doesn't say, you DO need to provide your own ignition source. Now, about the floating part. These did great in a vase, a pool, and even a small pond, but not so much in open waters. Two foot swells and out they go! And such a pain to locate in the dark, too!I tried to test the unscented part. At first when I got close I thought they smelled really bad, but then realized my mustache was on fire. While trying to correct THAT, I fell out of the boat which of course caused the candle to go out which means the light went out and I had to float around till dawn waiting for help.All in all a decent floating candle, but lacks any safety equipment.

These candles are perfect size for a center piece. The pink was a beautiful color, the burn time was great, no smell or soot. Definitely recommend if you need a floating candle.

We used these for a ball...at 6 hours, floated on top of orbies...at six hours mostly gone and had melted down in to the orbies... worked well for our purpose

These candles arrived in perfect condition and are the perfect color. They will be used for a First RespondersAppreciation luncheon at my church and will be the floating centerpiece in a cylindrical vase on a mirror in the middle of 47 tables. Because they are unscented, there will be no floral odor to interfere with the Cajun food that will be served. Perfect for this event!

I love the effect of the soft glow shining down through the glass onto a submerged flower. Next time I'll use floral putty to stick that flower down. Weighing it down with wire and rocks works in a pinch, but there was still some floating, and the key to making this dramatic is to allow enough distance between the candle and the object below it so that the light cast downward can fully illuminate the object. There were some vases that looked better than others, and I snapped a shot of one that turned out kind of dark, but I got lots of positive remarks about the arrangements, so I guess they were nice enough. I used the candles with Eastland vases.
