High quility vitiman. Relitivly low price.
I have been taking Irwin's mens liquid gel multi vitiman for at least two years. I reachered them on independent websites and they wrote that they are high quility vitimans, but with more details. This is a liquid gel vitimans. Liquid vitimans absorb more easily in the body. Not all vitimans are of equal quality. In most cases you get what you pay for with vitimans. Irwin's vitimans don't have fillers, like fiber and starch to bulk them up like the inexpensive and cheap quality vitimans do. They don't have extra sugars. I'm not saying that they're OK for diabetics. I don't know that. The price is relitivly inexpensive for high quality vitimans. Besides the many vitimans, minerals and electrolytes this multi vitiman has, it also has whole foods. The better quality vitimans don't allways add whole foods, too. Irwin's mens liquid gel multi vitiman and all of Irwin's other vitams are are sold in stores nation wide.
