Foot and Cal;f Massager
Overall nice gear, but won't fit all users. If you have larger legs or ankles, is a tight fit. Also hard to use from a standard recliner. this unit did not come with a remote, but recommend pay extra to get one, is good feature. otherwise hard to re-set the mode while sitting in a chair. massage actions good but can be a little painful on the heels, tendency is to slide up and out of the foot slots when using from a recliner.

Uncomfortable & awkward
Extremely uncomfortable to try & use to get the correct amount of downward pressure for it to be useful for massaging the bottom of my foot, where most of my pain is...Tried different seating & you would have to have a very specific sitting area to use this comfortably. No matter what I tried it mostly rubbed my calves & pinched my feet...was excited to get this, as I work long shifts in a warehouse & have plantar fasciatis... For reference I'm 5'5 & not overweight nor do I have large feet or calves. Tried once & immediately sent back. Looks like I'm paying for pedicures once a month again.

Heavy and large
Very heavy and large, Calf section is narrow. It does have a strong massage with Multiple program settings.

not comfortable
turned on and it squeezed tight and would not let go. Did not like. It would hurt the end of your feet when it squeezed.

Not for diabetics
I am diabetic and not for use by diabetics not stated until in instruction booklet. Eventually saw in Q&A section. Also, I am overweight and legs tight and even on low, very hard movements. Definitely not good like good pedicure with foot and leg massage. Returned.

Don’t waste your money. I am gonna return it but I have to find a box.
It worked great the first couple of times it was used. Now it isn’t working. When it arrived the box was held together with packing tape. I now question if it was used and returned previously. I thought I was getting a new one. NOT HAPPY.

used once and was great when it worked... second time using, the massaging part didn't work anymore... looked at manual and didn't have any troubleshooting so I unplugged it for a day... and still not working... going to return it... but when it did work the one time... was great...
