Puregro Garlic Granules / AJO Granulado - (7.7oz) 220g

Obviously real fresh garlic would sometimes be better, but is a slight hassle to peel and chop and I often find that the cloves have dried up and are unusable. So we can chuck this into our culinary creations with ease and the results are absolutely fine. I have an old container that powdered garlic came in (that allows shake or pouring) and our powder now lives in that. I suspect that if not kept in a sealed container, it would turn into a solid lump eventually. Anyway, good price and quality.

They are useful as a base seasoning but do not give a garlic flavor. I would not buy again

It’s great, add it into cooking dishes or even sprinkle on after cooked. I can’t get enough if it!

Very garlicky granules - good taste, easy to use in salads, dressings, cooking. Very versatile

We use garlic a lot and this is a good cost effective way of getting it. So much better value than the fancy tiny jars you get.
