This product did not work. I have taken kava kava in the past and felt immediately sleepy. This product does not make you feel relax nor sleepy. And, the reason for this is because it is not pure. There are fillers in this product. Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium citrate, and silica. It is not 100% off the product it claims to have. Therefore, you are paying for garbage. Do not waste your money. I wish I could get a refund.
