Excellent quality first jigsaw
The media could not be loaded. Ravensburger cannot be beaten on jigsaw quality. I’ve bought many of their jigsaws for myself over the years and I’ve been pleased to discover that the children’s jigsaws are just as good.I purchased this jigsaw for my two year old’s birthday, and she loves it. She loves the lovely image, straight from one of her favourite books with easily identifiable Zog characters. She loves slotting the pieces together, which do so really well. The pieces are really hardy; I can’t see them getting damaged easily, or the cardboard tearing, unlike other jigsaw ranges. The pieces are a good size for little hands, and all in all it produces a nice sized puzzle when completed, but not so huge that you have zero floor space left (an already existing problem in most households containing young children!).The box does state for two years plus. It is definitely not *inappropriate* for my two year old, but it is a little tricky for her. As a new two year old, she needs quite a bit of help to get the pieces in order, but she has zero problem slotting them together. I don’t say this as a problem, it’s actually great to give her a challenge, but don’t expect your two year old to assemble it independently from the get-go.I am sure we will be purchasing more of this range for her. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great quality
My daughter is 2y7m and she can do it with a little bit of help. The pieces are large and fit well.

Quality could be vastly improved for the price
I love the size of the pieces however £9, really? I can get a 1000 piece for less. I can’t even say it’s for quality because I have several of these and they do not stand up to a toddler at all, lots of peeling and broken boxes

Appalling !
Unbelievable !I unwrapped this jigsaw with my grandson, began to assemble it with him, and realised a piece was missing - I distracted him from it and we did something else. This is meant to be a CHILD’S toy ...What if we had almost completed it, only for him to find it was missing a piece ? How disappointed would he have been - or does that not matter ‘Ravensburger’ ?This matters; it is to do with our children, and the clear lack of quality-care-and-control is inexcusable - shame on Ravensburger !!!Absolutely, NO stars ...!(Althoughthe least rating I am permitted to award on their site is ‘1-star’)
