Great cable and Attachments they literally could last a lifetime with all I put them through but due to my humid environment and storage about two have broken. But they felt great, and I would definitely buy another set or two actually

Everything is solid with this kit. The 60 lb. kit is more than I'll ever need, since I can use all 3 cords on the hand grips at once (I'm not there yet, probably never will be). My old Lifeline Home Gym that I bought off QVC in the mid-90's finally rotted out, and there was no question I was going with the same brand.

I bought his as a kit to replace an older set in which the bands had torn. Eventually they all tear. The kit was nicely priced and the selection of bands included is good.

Bought this for my girlfriend to start her home workout journey. Equals to one month in gym. These bands last long time and stretch better. Your able to do shoulder presses without worrying about bands ripping off unlike other bands.

I decided to purchase these after reading other reviews on Amazon. When I received them, I was very excited to start working out at home during those times I wasn't motivated to all the way to the gym.I'll start with the positive. They work very well. They are very sturdy, and the addition pieces that come with them make them easy to use in many different areas of the house. I haven't been across many other stretch bands that work this well.My chief complaint with them is they are not easy to switch out. It is difficult to rely on these as a primary piece of resistance equipment due to the fact it takes a few minutes to switch out the cords between exercises. I primarily have a 30-40 minute resistance routine when I use dumbbells and barbells. With these, it makes my routine around 60-75 minutes.Good accessory to have in a resistance routine, but I wouldn't depend on them as a primary piece of resistance equipment.

My current Lifeline set has been great. it’s an excellent home gym solution. I ordered this kit to compliment the same kit I’ve used for years. I namely bought it to get an additional pink band (30lb) and red band (40lb) which I use these the most. I’ve now got an extra set of handles, another door anchor, the orange cable (50lb) plus the carring bag! Now, I can wear the carrying bag versus my backpack, as the carrier has strings / straps to wear like a backpack. Nice bonus to catch it on sale.

I bought these for my dad because he wore his other ones out. He had tried some other brands I purchased for him that were very flimsy, thin, and uncomfortable. But when he found this brand he was hooked. They are very thick and sturdy, and he loves the extra piece to put in the door for workouts. The multi-cord handle is great as well because he uses a lot of weight and it gives him room for even more if he wants. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend this brand for resistance bands!

Had a lifeline Resistance band many many many years ago that I never used. I think this kit makes a lot of sense and I'm getting great effective use out of it The three bands give me lots of opportunities given the nature of the handles.
