Ab Coaster PS750

This item had a huge crack on the top plastic portion next to the handle bars. Also, the top piece that above the ab coaster emblem totally broke off during shipment. The tools that came with the product was cheaply made that it bent while we were putting it together. Even the screws looked used and old.It was impossible to contact the seller. I had tried to email the seller but kept on getting a message:We are sorry to let you know that your email(s) below cannot be delivered. The recipients have decided to leave the Amazon.com platform or are not eligible to receive any further email communications. So I had contacted Amazon who also tried to contact them but did not get a response. Actually the refund from this product is coming from Amazon and not the seller. Amazon's A-Z guarantee gave me an approval for refund within a day!I love Amazon! Don't trust this seller US Etailer

Box arrived pretty beaten up. Interior packaging showed poor workmanship. Finish on the rails of the Abcoaster have stains and etchings on them that I cannot remove. The weldings on the unit exhibit poor workmanship. I must say that the unit works fine. If I had to do it over again, I would have spent an additional $125.00 and bought from a local merchant a mile from my house. This way, I could have opened the box at the store and inspected the unit prior to buying. I would not recommend buying from the Abcoaster online store.
