I bought this because I needed a USB type c Plug that provides power to use my Oculus Quest 2 with my older software collection for my Oculus Rift. Initially a bought a PCI card but it did not provide power nor does the USB C port on my motherboard. This worked a treat and I am fully able to access all my VR games and apps again. I have subsequently bought a powered PCI card but as I have several PC's this allows me to access my collections on any of my machines. If you have a Quest 2 and older software for the Rift then this is a must have item.

with the increase of USB-C connectors, this is a very handy adapter to have for older laptops, or docking stations with limited USB-A connectors.Product works as expected and definitely feels of good quality. Its a very nice touch that the sides have a grip for easy removal

I got this adapter so I could charge a phone I had a USB c to usb c cable and a USB a plug and it doesn't take long for this adapter to get hot and I couldn't find anywhere about it getting hot and it does get really hot like u can't hold it so not very happy

I bought hoping (but not certain) it would work with apples new MagSafe iPhone 12 Charging pad. It does not. Other than that it’s fine, feels nice and solid

Bought this for my new beats by Dre flex wireless ear phones. As the charger cable needs a usb-c , the adapter is solid around and well worth the amount they are asking instead of paying £20 for a plug £8 is a lot better.
