Unisex-Baby 8-Pack Cotton Flannel Burp Cloths

These are great so far. They've been through the wash twice and still look and feel great. They're soft but thick and durable feeling. The patterns are also nice (I chose the aqua and cream set). They're tri-fold like the originals, and the center panel is the same thickness as the outer two, perfect for burp cloths. They're also fairly large. I couldn't find the classic all cotton soft white burp cloths that I had for my first baby, wanted to buy more. These are even larger than those were (see photo), which is nice (or maybe just washed less so far)! I send them to daycare and they like them too. They have little satin tags on them (originals had no tags), so it's easy for me to label them with a washable sharpie, too, so that's a random bonus. I was worried when I first unpacked these that they might be too stiff, but they loosened up after the first wash just fine. Would buy again.Update: after 6 months, I totally lost count of how many times I washed these, and they were still in great shape. A year later now, I'm donating them to my friend, they are barely worn at all (or look new), and they're still soft and absorbent.

The burp cloths are made with different material even though it says that they are all 100% cotton. Only the white cloth is actually soft and absorbent. The other ones - yellow clouds, black star cloth, and striped cloth - are not soft or absorbent at all. I have attempted to wash these a few times hoping that it would soften the cloth. It is really rough that I don’t want to rub my baby’s face with it when he spits up. Everything slides off of these cloths - so when my baby spit up everything, it just “rolled” right off the cloth.

It is my fault. I really thought these were bigger, so I was disappointed when I opened them up and saw how small they really are. They look like cloth-diaper inserts and I am pretty sure that is what Gerber was going for. They are good when you need an oversized big or handkerchief, but too small when you need a blanket for a baby to lay on or even a burp cloth.I do like they are very thick and absorbent, but that is also a 'dislike' of mine. When I handwash them, they take a whiiiiile to wring out (because they absorb all my soap!! ) and also take a long time to dry because they are so thick. In all, I am more happy with my purchase than not. We use them quite often in my household and are sure they will last a looooong time.

We thought this was a good deal because we got 8 burp cloths, but we ended up throwing half of them away because the material was super thick and non-absorbent. I was feeding our daughter, and milk was dribbling down her chin onto the burp cloth and it just pooled on a little ledge under her chin. A puddle was forming and I could see it was about to break free so I tried to curl the bottom of the cloth but was too late and a stream of milk went down the burp cloth like a luge and went right into my boxers pee-per hole onto my pee-pee. Half of the cloths do nothing to absorb milk, the other half do okay. But next time I would opt to just by a higher quality four pack.

Stay away from these if you have a happy spitter. I bought a ton of these cloths because they were my favorite four years ago when my daughter was an infant. Fast forward to now, my son is a very happy spitter and these cloths have a strange texture to them that does not absorb the spit it. It practically just rolls off. I'm constantly washing them because the spit up just sits on top of it. I'm so disappointed!

These are the best burp cloths I've used. I'm a mom of three and have tried all sorts of burp cloths, including muslin ones and organic cotton ones. These are a great size, soft, absorbent, and the quality is great. We received some as hand me downs that have lasted through half a dozen kids. When we needed more burp cloths, I went straight for the Gerber's. Lots of cute designs too. Highly recommend!

Some of these are great some are the worst. The size is great, the prints are really cute. But, the stripe fabric and the black with stara fabric have zero absorbency. Every thing just runs right off of it, onto your neck or shirt or back on your baby's face. The white ones are prettymuch perfect the yellow ones are in between. So, you get two great burp cloths, two ok burp cloths and four frustrating drawer liners for the price of 8 great burp cloths. I really wanted to love these, but they arent worth it.

These are definitely small, idk why I expected closer to receiving blankets- that’s my fault. But the quality is decent, there’s a weird stitching (like as if put into thirds lengthwise) that makes it odd to fold and two sides of it thicker than the middle. Otherwise cute design- haven’t used them much to see how well they hold up being washed a lot. It’s like a pretty thick stiffer material that’s used, but not like soft fabric not entirely sure how well it’ll absorb to be a great ‘burp cloth’ (My 7 week old only spit up once ever) never really seen burp cloths like it, this is my 3rd child. Overall I’m not upset at my purchase. Just personally haven’t gotten much use out of them outside of their cute design in the diaper bag/car seat. Though had I realized they weren’t full receiving blankets I don’t think I would’ve purchased them. Otherwise came brand new and delivered on time.

The media could not be loaded.  They are nice they are also not full size. But there is more than enough cloth to do the job. Cloths made very thick and sturdy. I like it.

These burp cloths are a bit on the small side. So we ended up Using in them to line our diaper change pad on our pack n play. The black ones I’m finding are starting to fade a little bit( i got the celestial themed one).

Received the blankets today and am quite unimpressed. However, they do appear to be excellent quality. They unfortunately are much smaller than most receiving blankets.These came neatly packaged in a bag. The blankets absolutely smell RANCID. They also felt slightly damp. I’ve had them airing outside for a few hours and they still stink. I may be throwing these away due to this disgusting smell.

Great burping cloths. Love the thickness and length of the cloths. Just perfect ! Also they are super soft and get softer with each wash :)

Not soft, super thin, don’t absorb anything. My daughter’s spit up just runs down these cloths and they spread wetness around rather than absorbing anything. I regret buying these. Even after many washes they are too rough to wipe my daughter’s skin. They’re trash.
