VIFAH V255 5 Back Levels Outdoor Wood Single Chaise Lounge for Outdoor Relaxation

I hesitated about buying this as you can't really tell from the photos what the quality is. But the reviews were good for this chaise lounge and they were right. It comes folded up and the only thing you really have to assemble is the 3 sets of legs. Good directions make this a breeze with parts that fit really nicely together. I love the folding design and the cedar red color is much better than I expected. Very good quality and $40 cheaper than the Ikea brand with free delivery and big wheels make this a great buy!

Great lounge, you won't be disappointed. I had been looking at various models for a long time. What sold me on this one, was not only price, but the fact that it folds in half for easy winter storage and/or transporting. Plus, the fact that it folds in half means you get the extra support by having an additional set of "legs" in the middle of the lounge. Most other models I looked at only had the four legs (one on each corner), which made me a little concerned about stressing the frame in the center.Additionally, the wood has both a nice look (just as it does in the photos) and feels quite solid. Not sure how it would hold-up over time in very damp/rainy conditions, but like I said, I plan to store it over winter, and when it rains during the summer, the folding mechanism makes it very quick and easy to store temporarily under the eves of the house until it clears again.Assembly was really easy too. There are about 12 - 14 screw you put in with an Allen wrench (all provided) and took me about 10 minutes.All in all, I really like and enjoy this lounge. It makes sunbathing so much more "classy" and enjoyable. I plan on getting a second one soon.My one, and only gripe, was that I had to send the first delivery back due to shipping damage. However the "replacement" arrived quite promptly in about 4 additional days. And then all was great!

This item is exactly as you see in the photo. Fortunately, we did not have any of the negative issues that others had when ordering, we received it right on time, the packaging was intact and my husband put it together in no time.The lounge definitely looks sturdy, I wouldn't anticipate any problems with normal use. I wouldn't think it would hold up very well with kids jumping up and down on it, but then not much stands up to that.The stain on the wood is that light cherry color, which I don't think is unattractive, but be aware that it is very reddish and the stain is not perfectly even in all the areas, so what you get is a rustic look.We did not purchase this lounge for the traditional use of placing in a patio, but rather as an indoor item in which to place a mat for bio electric medicine. Being inside, I quickly noticed the worst part for us of this item. It gives off a strong and lasting odor, not that it is entirely unpleasant, but as most things these days come from China, I don't know if what we are smelling is formaldehyde or just wood resins or a combination. It wouldn't bother me so much if I weren't concerned that we are breathing very toxic fumes while we sleep, since it is in our bedroom.We initially left it outside for about a week and then brought it in, thinking the odor should have cleared by then, but after a little while inside we realized it is very much still there.Not taking more than one star for this issue because while it is a nuisance for us, it shouldn't deter anyone else looking for a good, inexpensive lounge chair for their patio unless the style is just not what you want. I must add that the fact that it folds is great and not something you will find in many other items of its kind. This is the only one like it I saw here on Amazon and it was probably the most decisive factor other than the all wood.If it weren't for the odor I could say I'm very happy with this lounge chair. Perhaps in time I will say that.

Great quality, sturdy and easy to maneuver around thanks to the wheels.

I’ve only had this for a few weeks. I got it on sale at the end of Summer, so that was a plus. I recommend watching the price and getting it out of season. It was easy to put together. Part of it is already assembled, so you only have to mount feet and support structure to upper part. I had a patio table and chairs that I thought were similar. All of this stuff is probably made at same factory, I was happy to see that this matches the rest of my patio stuff almost exactly. I applied teak oil to it before I assembled it. I mostly did that because I had already applied teak oil to my other patio furniture, so I thought I’d try to keep it all even. I have it all on outdoor porch that has a roof, so everything has some cover, but still can get some rain blown in and a bit of direct sun, but mostly in shade. I think the teak oil treatment will give it some protection from moisture and up exposure. If it was out in direct sun and weather, I might keep it covered when not in use. Over the winter I plan to keep it all outside, but will cover it all under tarps on porch. Nice looking piece of furniture and easy to put together. Comfortable enough with cheap cushion I put on it. I plan to get a nicer cushion next year and that will be even better. We’ll see how it holds up over time, I don’t know yet. I plan to reapply the teak oil once or twice per year and hopefully that will protect it and it will last for awhile.

Amazing quality. It arrived within days via UPS. Considering the high price of similar loungers this one is a great buy. I did treat it with teak oil for added protection and will probably fold and store it indoors over Winter. It’s a beautiful piece of outdoor furniture.

Great looking chair. I already have a smaller chair in teak, and it looks the same. Easy to assemble. Overall very satisfied, would purchase again.
