They are more visible than other patches and don’t stick very well.Ok if you need to go through a lot of them in a short period of time. Otherwise, I would recommend trying other brands.

I am always on the look out for new acne related products to try as I get quite bad acne even now as an adult and when I saw these, I thought I'd give them a go as it was something I had never heard of before.They come packaged in a thin, pink box and you get several sheets, each filled with lots of these transparent pads. They look similar to glue dots: they're the same size and look very similar but these, obviously, aren't sticky in the same way. They are easy to attach onto the skin and just placing on on top of a spot and gently pressing it down does the job.As for the results I have gotten from using these, I would say they're pretty good. As a teenager, I couldn't stop myself from touching spots whenever they appeared and have since always tried to find ways of getting rid of them in 'proper' ways to avoid any scars. These work well in that sense. I can't really feel I am wearing them but I can see them fairly easily, especially on my face. Apparently you can put make up over them but I have the slight feeling that they'd somewhat pop through. However, they're great to use at home and overnight to try get rid of any stubborn acne. When you put it on, it seems to somehow drain the spot without it looking like it has been popped. I have had similar results with ointments before but this is far cleaner and easier to do.The spot didn't completely disappear every time but they did always look way, way smaller and unnoticeable. I did have a few instances where the spot was completely gone by the time I removed this transparent pad.All in all, it is a really interesting product that actually works fairly well. I personally wouldn't have one on whilst outdoors as they are fairly noticeable despite being transparent but they are an excellent way to cleanly taking care of spots. Definitely recommended for both teenagers and adults with acne issues or even for the odd spot!

I used to think that eventually I'd be old enough that I wouldn't get zits anymore but it's looking less and less likely that that day will ever dawn, so I need something to help. Since I am a long way on the wrong side of 40 now, I need something that won't dry out my skin as well as treat the zits as I don't want to cause dry patches and waste all the time, effort and money I spend on moisturising my mature skin. So far these seem to fit the bill. They haven't dried my skin out but I haven't had to change them yet, apparently they turn white when they need to be changed. They come in sealed packs of 20, so you get 6 packs in the box of 120. This is great because you don't need to open the whole lot all at once, especially good for those of us who don't get that many, just one or two now and again. Once you have them on, you can hardly see them, I have one on my forehead and I can just about see that one but I also have on on the side of my face, just in front of my ear, and I can't see that one at all, but it may just be the angle in the mirror. I don't think I'd wear them to go for a day out but I'm happy to answer the door wearing them or maybe even just pop out for a few bits. I don't wear foundation but you can apply your makeup over them so it might be OK to use them that way without them being visible.I'm happy with them so far and will update this review when I know how long it takes them to get rid of my zits.

The box I was sent has a shelf-life of 3 years, I'd like to think that I won't use them all in that time but it's not even 1 a week so, sadly, I do think I will have used them before they run out. I like that they come in separate, sealed pouches inside the box so that you can be assured that they will stay sealed and fresh until you open it for the first use, but it doesn't say how long they keep once opened, so I assume indefinitely. The patches are transparent, you can see them but not at a quick glance and not from a distance. You can put makeup on over the top if you want to but I wouldn't bother. For me, I find the best way to use them is to pop it on after my morning shower then clean around it when I complete my night time routine and leave it on until my shower the next day. The instructions say to change it when it turns white but mine have never turned white and I wouldn't want to leave it in place for longer than 24 hours to see if it eventually would; maybe they do if you suffer from acne but I only have the occasional breakout at my age. Making zits go away always seems to be a long, drawn out process, so it's difficult to know if these patches make that any quicker when you want the rotten things gone in an instant but I do think it helps to keep the area clean and stops you from messing with it so it has to help at least a little bit. I'm happy with them.

Ensure that skin is clean and dry before application as it won’t stick to damp or oily skin well.I’ve found that it depends on where the spot is on how long the patches last, oily areas have required patch to be changed after 24-48hrs(you can see the fluid collecting and turning the transparent patch white), while areas of drier skin will last for 48-72 hrs and may not require changing at all.My husband often gets a sore area on his nose when he has worn his glasses for a prolonged period - these work perfectly to heal the area and also provide a buffer to protect the area when wearing his glasses, so not only useful for spots.This pack provides 6 Separate sheets of 20 patches (120), making them a cost effective and efficient way of dealing with spots, additionally they are transparent and go unnoticed for the most part. Easy to keep a sheet in your bag or toiletry kit making it possible to treat a spot quickly. Great product I wouldn’t now be without.
