MAKE SURE TO MEAUSRE TWICE
I love every aspect of it the finish and the way the water flows smoothly out of the device.My one very important feedback for this device is measuring exactly where y9u want everything multiple times before installation. Where do you want the handle ? Although I see it in the photos towards the side of the faucet I actually installed it above the faucet. It looks great !!

Not all the parts were included
The packaging did not include the rough in box. Did not notice until my plumber came to install and Cost me a trip charge

Looks great but doesn't work
Installed and turned off it looks great. Once you turn this on no matter what you have under it for a sink it splashes EVERYWHERE and I mean everywhere. Out the front of the sink. Onto the floor. On the walls. Just dont do it. Dont buy no matter how much you think you can make it work. I have no idea how I'm going to get this thing out of my freshly tiled wall. What a waste of money.

No manual, so so packaging
The product looks great with good quality. I am willing to give it a better review, but the packaging was not the best. The faucet was wet, perhaps as a result from testing (don’t know), no manual eas included in the packaging. No info online either. If the seller sends me a manual perhaps my review could be better

If you like the way it looks you’ll want this faucet
The media could not be loaded. This faucet is beautiful and worth the money. It’s the one piece that pulled it all together. The install was easy.. Some have claimed the faucet stream doesn’t have enough pressure but I find it to be as expected for the waterfall effect.

Do not buy
The description shows a green mounting block but apparently it doesn't have that item anymore, we contacted company they said that they changed the way it mounts and that we have everything to mount it, If it is true the new mounting way is garbage and I would not recommend this product. I love the look of the tap but it caused more money and headache than anything. Item still shows green block but again it doesn't use or come with it anymore.
