crap wheels
its a nice luggage but the wheels are crap, one got broken and I sent a claim to volcom asking if they sell a wheel replacement but I didn't get any answers, I tried to figure out how to get off the wheel but it seems impossible, I decided to buy skateboard wheels to put them on, but no one knows how to remove the wheels from the luggage ..

Large, appears well made.
First, it's been very tough finding a good two-wheeled drop bottom duffel bag recently. My previous bag finally gave up after 4 years and 10s of thousands of miles. Even though $200 is about twice what I normally pay for luggage, this appeared to be the only acceptable choice. I just received this bag, so the review is of my first impressions. The good:- The bag is about the maximum size for the checked luggage. I am able to pack for a multi-week trip and there is still space remaining - not sure what to do with it.- The bag is fairly light - fully packed it is about 40lbs (so the bag can't be more than 10lbs)- Materials appear to be high quality - top is mostly dense cloth, bottom is made of something like dense polyurethane that maintains shape and is quite protective, yet not rigid (so hopefully not as brittle as common hard luggage)- Internal cloth is somewhat more dense and appears stronger than common in other luggage.- Zippers are oversized and zipper "teeth" are facing inward - hopefully helps avoid damage.- Skate-board style wheels are wider than common in rolling luggage, and spin freely, so bag rolls quite easily.- The bag stands on its end either empty or full.A few drawbacks:- The top is not a single compartment. Rather, it is separated with a fixed cloth membrane into inner compartment (accessible easily when the bag is open) and outer pouch, that can only be accessed through a limited side zipper opening. That space is crucial to fully utilize bag volume. If not filled, the top of the bag (with grab handles) will be saggy. The compartment is not suitable for anything that should be stored neatly. However, as long as you have bulkier, but packable items - it will work. I was able to stuff in there a wetsuit and a set of neoprene booties.- Most external seams have plastic "piping" inserted - not sure if it's structural or a design element. Remains to be seen how it affects durability. This bag will be shortly subjected to some really tough testing (many flights, transfers and more). I will update this review as its durability becomes more apparent.Update 1 (July 6th). The bag made it across 3 flights (including a long-haul) and handling at 4 airports. So far, it has not been substantially damaged. There are several expected dings and scratches. However, as I suspected, cording that is inserted into the seams is a weak point - it already chafed through at several corners. Based on the experience so far I am not very hopeful, but will not change the rating yet.Update 2 (March 2019): the bag is still going strong. It made a few round trips around the world in this time. One issue is with corners - corner cord, inserted into seams, seems to be more easily damaged by baggage handling. I did get a rip in one of the corners/side because of that. However, cudos to Thai airways - they took responsibility for the damage, had my bag picked up by a shop in Bangkok, and less than 2 days later it was returned repaired, literally better than new. The repair shop removed the cord, and made an enclosed seam instead, which both looks better and less prone to damage. As some noted, wheels are a bit of a weak point - they are small and sag a bit, so this bag rolls well only on flat surfaces. Still, given how well it worked so far I'll up this review to 5 stars.

Good suitcase
Because of the semi-hard case, it doesn't pack as good as my old duffle. But it's a good case.
