They do tell you how to put the attachments on, however, I’m not a dentist nor a dental assistant & don’t know what the different attachments do. Would be most helpful to include that.

After I could not get it to start I looked up the product online and it said I needed a different adapter than the one I had so I ordered one. After I got it I discovered that it did work, it just didn't tell you in order to start it you had to press and HOLD the start button either in the enclosed instructions or on the site. Now that I finally got that figured out it's a good product, works well but could use more accurate instructions.

I have a major fear of the dentist and avoid going unless it’s for serious needs, like getting my wisdom teeth pulled. The result is that although I’m a regular brushed and flosser, by teeth aren’t the best to look at. What can I say - I love my Diet Coke and wine...Anyway, I recently tried to go to the dentist again and it as once again a horrible experience so I decided to try this. Genius! Before and after pics are exactly 14 minutes apart but I had to stop and do something else in the middle so probably only 7-8 minutes actually using the device and the difference is massive. I can’t believe it. I brushed before starting and the only thing I did after scaling was wipe the teeth so remove and loose plaque (ewww, I know...).I’ll be using the sharper pointed tool next to get in between tooth and then polishing the rest of the surfaces.Highly recommended.

It definetly doesn’t do what it says. On a full charge and on the highest mode it has, it doesn’t do anything to the plaque. I’ve used every attachment and used every tool. The only thing that was slightly effective was one of the flat metal scrapers it comes with, even though if your not careful it will slip and Stab you right in the gums. Was just really disappointed. As far as being easy to use its ok, although there’s no case with it and all the attachments.

Use this on my 2 dogs. The dental tools work best on heavy plaque. Maintenance can be done with the battery powered tool. Once my dogs got used to the noise it was easy work. Value for your money. Highly recommend.

the product is useful for teeth to be more clean . the other hand tool is also helpful to remove hard tartar. I am glad to have it. It is not complicated and quite easy to use.
