Incredible sound quality for the price
I've been after a pair of affordable earbuds that prioritise sound quality over a big list of features, and finally landed on these. Boy am I glad I did. The audio of these earbuds is up there with the best of the best, rivalling even over-ear headphones like the Sony XM3s. Music is rich, crisp and the soundstage gives ample room for little details to really shine.Out of the box the sound profile is a little flat, but simply boosting the treble a bit in the app makes these buds shine. It's also vital to get a good fit and seal, so playing around with the different eartips is highly recommended. Speaking of the app, one of my lowkey favourite features that Sennheiser brings is the ability to switch between devices with one tap, which saves going into each device's Bluetooth settings. It's something that all manufacturers should offer, as it saves a lot of hassle if you're switching between devices even occasionally.Yes these earbuds are missing some features that will be dealbreakers for some users, like an IPX rating, but for this price the sacrifices are worth it if you mostly intend to use them in dry, relatively quiet conditions. I love them.

Superb sound, excellent noise cancelling
well! I have had some headphone in the past. Always sennhiesers until the build quality got a bit sketchy in the naughties. I have had Bose qc21s and 25s, and lately Bang and Olufsen e8s. I use them every night and they are, in their own way, spectacular. then I chanced upon these CX400BT, my word they are impressive from the off. the noise cancelling is the best that I have experienced, it is total. the music quality is as I have always enjoyed with Sennheiser, crisp and accurate. For the price, which is half the Bose and B&O charge they are astonishingly good. unless something even more advanced hits the scene I see myself on the second pair when these fail, as the all do. Like I said I were these things all night every night, they end up broken. we'll see how the sennheisers do and I'll update this when the fail. no update means no failure

Good sound but a few flaws.
I paid about €100 for these, which is a lot more than I’d normally pay for headphones, the difference in sound quality was immediately obvious, crystal clear and with good noise cancellation. The battery life is more than adequate and I can normally go a whole day of intermittent use without having to charge them. Minor complaints are that they could be a little louder and that the bass isn’t quite what I was hoping for. The worst part are the touch controls which are very unresponsive. When you press pause on the left earphone, by the time they actually pause you’ll have pressed it another three times thinking it hadn’t worked. I expected better at this price point - my old €50 earphones performed a lot better in that regard.

Very happy with these
Had these for a week and once I've got used to them (never owned a similar product before) they are easy to use, and sound quality is good. There is no noise cancelling as such, but not really an issue for me. Luckily got them when on offer, when 1/3rd was knocked off, and a week later price has gone up again, so maybe wait for the next time they're on offer, if this is a regular thing. App is basic but easy to use.

Great sound , but ,
I was once a sound engineer , therefore have used several Sennheiser products within the industry , headphones, microphones, etc , so , when it came to replacing my worn out airpods I decided to try the Sennheisers instead of going directly for what I considered to be very pricey Airpod Pro,s , the sound from anything less than a full sized set of headphones will always be less due to the main driver size and quality , however technology has moved on and software now somewhat compensates this , the Sennnheiser CX400bt sound wise are crisp ,clean and deliver a good mid range without spill , however the earpiece design itself proved to be somewhat cumbersome and proved to be unfortunately very uncomfortable for me and after only a few hours painful , I decided to change the ear tips , it made no difference , so I,m left with a great set of earbuds that cause me minor earlobe pain , also the fact that the right bud is a slave unit to the left bud , meaning you cannot take out the right bud and use the left on its own , this is not explained clear enough prior to purchase and is very annoying , so in summary , for me personally , great sound , but very uncomfortable .

Excellent headphones
Great sound quality, easy to keep in (I really struggled with apple pods). Advice would be to try all the size of buds that it comes with as the sound is really improved by getting the right fit for your ears

Brought for my daughter
Can’t really give an in-depth review as I haven’t used them, because they was brought for my daughter.Asked her what they’re like and if she likes them, all I get in response are, they’re good and she likes them 😅(She’s going through that Kevin stage (Kevin and Perry from the old tv show)Was brought for her to replace all the Samsung earphones she’s broken (IconX, Galaxy Buds, Galaxy buds+)Will update the review if they last longer then her old ones.Update: Nearly a year later now and still working great.

Not what I was expecting...
Got them back near the beginning of the year and was looking forward to using them long term. However, to my disappointment, they only lasted no longer than 2 months. The left bud stopped working suddenly and couldn't use either of them. In the end, it was a waste of money. But before that happened I noticed the audio was cutting out and I had to reset the factory setting in the app 3 times. Not good.I would recommend if anyone wants good sounding earbuds that you should invest more money and double-check other sources.
