Doesn't last
I bought this in June. It is now November. I have hardly used it and it doesn't work. I can't feed documents into the shredder. I don't recommend it.

Mediocre At Best
This model was one model up from a GOEcoLife shredder I bought several years ago (that served me well). The cheaper and older model works better than this one. It is noisy (MUCH noisier than the previous model) and does not even come close to handling its rated performance of 12 sheets. Three sheets of paper is a strain, two or one works OK. For the price, you can do way better than this model. I can't say it's defective, and I can't say it doesn't work. But, it's definitely a disappointment based on what they claim it can do, and what it actually does. And, did I mention...it's VERY noisy.
