Not really a neck wrap
Not really a neck wrap, too short and too wide. However saying this, I decided to keep it as I can use it for other places. Love the cover.

Great alternative to a heating pad!
Works great! a couple minutes in the microwave keeps it warm for a while. The cover is soft and comfortable and it's nice and big! Bought it for my mom who has a shoulder issue and it helps soothes the discomfort. Easier than using a stiff heating pad and dealing with a cord.

Soft and seems durable
I use this for my cramps or shoulders after a long day, and it’s pretty great! I think it said something about being lavender scented or something but there was no lavender scent, which I prefer anyway because I can put my own essential oils on it. I’ve tried both hot and cold I prefer the warmth!

My back loves it!
I have really bad upper back and neck pain. This little guys is fabulous, warm or at room temp. I either use it as a neck pillow at along my upper back between shoulder blades. Makes for a fabulous nights sleep!

Great product
Very nice fabric, soft, pretty. Only a minute in the microwave and it’s ready. I use it on my shoulders, arms, knees, hips. Really helps!
