I replaced the bookshelf in my office with a different one and needed something to keep books from falling out the end. I decided on these, and glad I did. They open wide enough to hold several books and are sturdy enough to even hold larger books.

this works best with books. I purchased to hold files as well and it's not ideal. I needed a bookend for the bookends just to keep it from expanding. The dividers are shorter than the ends and can cause damage to books when putting them back. I do think it has a place/use just not for what I purchased it for. Overall the product is good, not steel sturdy but enough to hold books.

I bought this because books and notebooks kept piling up on my desk, and I had to be moving them whenever I wanted to pick one from the pile. The first thing is it is not as sturdy as it may look, it has some flex but I think that's too expected at this price. The bit of flex doesn't affect its functionality, and I think it'd be a lot sturdier if you have it against a wall. All in all, I think it does its job if keeping books up right and removing some clutter.

I have 6 very large textbooks that I needed to place on an open desk and this works perfectly. I haven't had any issues or tipping at all. It is very sturdy and can hold my various amounts of books that I need to keep near. It is also very easy to adjust the size. Highly recommend.

I just wanted some flexible length book holders that could handle some large books. I don’t have oversized heavy books in them, but books around 10-12 inches tall. They work. I actually ordered a couple more to help organize some smaller books I’ve been keeping on open ended shelves. I think they’re a little more stable than most stand-alone bookends, unless you have really heavy bookends.

Buy it! I went through 3 different book ends. None of the previous ones would hold up the large kids books. This one finally did the job! Looks seamless from the front. Buy it!

Nothing great about this rack... little too flexible need to handle with care when taking books or putting them back.

He usado sujetalibros individuales y resulta que la pila de libros termina recostada a un lado, todo un desastre. Lo compré por el tamaño. Se ajusta al espacio dónde tenía otro sujetalibros. Es fácil de colocar, y aunque el material es metal todavía dudo un poco sobre la resistencia pues es más delgado que el sujetalibros individual que ya tenía.
