Loving Sean and Xander so much!!!
My heart is so full and happy right now. I love these guys beyond belief. Sean stepped up big time when Xander needed him most. Detective Dick stole my heart in Inside Affair. I never thought I'd say that but it's true. I loved watching Xander realize that Sean isn't the guy he thought he knew all these years. Things were really beating up between them when Sean was hurt by Xander's stalker.Let me tell you. If you loved these guys before, your heart will melt for them in this book. Mine sure did. I hated that Sean was injured and that Xander was so traumatized. But I loved how they were there for each other and took care of each other. They were so sweet to each other. I couldn't wait for them to finally admit their feelings to each other. When they did, it was perfect.I can't wait to see what happens when the world finds out about them. September can't come fast enough for me.

moving forward
Nothing like a near death experience to make a guy take stock of what’s important. Sean is recovering physically. But Xander is struggling to move past the invasion of his security. They are figuring out just how deep their feelings for each other go and how much more there is to both men

Sometimes we find love where we least expect it
After the traumatic ending to Inside Affair, we pick up right where we left off and get to see Xander and Sean truly start to navigate and understand these feelings they both believed they shouldn't be having for each other. As the terror that brought them together ends, two men who had known each other most of their lives but never looked at the other twice in any way other than friends finally get to explore if what they thought they were feeling in chaotic circumstances was something real, and once they finally admitted their feelings and decided it was time to tell their friends and family, the shit hit the fan in the worst possible way. Will Xander and Sean be able to navigate this new hurdle and come out the other side not only with each other, but with the support and acceptance of the ones they love? I'm not sure, but I can't wait to find out!

Breaking News
Breaking News is the second installment in the Prime Time series. It should only be read after book one, Inside Affair. It is not a stand alone.Breaking News is a continuation of Sean and Xander's story. Sean is Xander's best friend, Bailey, older brother. Sean is a member of the police department and the only person Xander could think of to help him with his stalker. Sean took the the job immediately even though Xander was only asking for information of someone that could help him. Sean didn't trust anyone else to keep Xander safe.To everyone at the station and anyone that saw them together they were "pretend boyfriends" until those pretend feelings turned into something more. While at the stations awards dinner the stalker made his move on Xander, Sean wasted no time coming between them. Sean was injuried and Xander blames himself.Sean has never felt this way, especially for a man but something about Xander calls to him. He can't explain it and he doesn't want to. Sean and Xander spend time together alone while Sean heals and they learn more about themselves and each other. While Bailey understand what's grown between them? Can Sean come to grips with falling for a man?I loved everything about this second installment. I am so invested in these characters. Ella Frank as outdone herself with Sean and Xander!I can't wait for book three!!

Cliffhanger
Friends to Lovers dual point of viewNot a standalone - must be read after PrimeTime #1Xander is reeling after Sean is stabbed protecting him.I think it’s best to read with #1 and 3 as a single book. Reading with a time gap is challenging. Makes it hard to keep track of events, timeline, and characters. I am enjoying the story and the characters. The writing is engaging.

Epic love story!
Ella Frank keeps you on your toes when it come to Detective Dick and Alexander Thorne! Watching Sean’s softer side come out as he deals with his emotions for Xander is riveting. Although Sean has never been attracted to a man before, Ella writes so that his feeling and emotions happen naturally. You get to see Sean struggle and come to terms with his feelings in Prime Time book one. In book 2, you get to see all that come together sexually. Now Sean and Xander are ready for more, but they need to explain to Sean’s brother, and Xander’s ex-boyfriend Bailey, that they love each other. Breaking News leaves you aching for more and also wondering if Xander will wall away to salvage his long term friendship with Sean’s brother Bailey.

I really hate these cliff hangers.
But the story is good and as long as you KNOW the cliffhanger is coming it’s bearable. The story is worth the annoyance of it too. This thing has me hooked! Each book “feels” like a thick chapter in a book lol

Finding a love you never expected
Alexander Thorne and Sean Bailey have known each other their whole lives and having to watch out for each other on a side job Sean took to work for Alexander, they find a whole new world of emotions that they never thought possible. As they look at whats unraveling for themselves and trying not to hurt anyone in their discovery, they find a love that has taken their emotions to another level. I love their story and can never get enough of this author and the stories she brings to her readers. I am looking forward to the ending of Alexander and Sean!

Excellent
And Xander and Sean’s story goes even deeper and gets more and more serious on this book.As they get a closer call on the first volume, their relationship gets serious, feelings build fast and the fall deep for each other.I still think Sean’s past and his previous personality’s faults needs more explanation but I have the impression that everything will come clear on book 3.

Great sequel book
The story continues with both MC. The detective recovers from his wounds at the hopital then take his lover to his remote cottage to recuperate together as both of them are shaken by the adventure and the close call with death by crazed stacker (in previous book). Now they rediscover each other as lover in seclusion in peace and quite after a hiccup when anchorman tries to return to work too quickly. The book ends when they get discovered by their best friend/brother once they returned home. Again a cliffhanger when you want to know what is going to happen!Good book but we are a lot in their heads as they come to turn with the trauma and start to heal. Their humour keep the book a light read. I recommend the read to pass a nice time.

Xander and Sean are the perfect fit
I don’t know how she does it, but Ella Frank gave us yet another series that leaves you with all the feels. It feels like being wrapped in your favorite blanket. The characters feel like you know them forever and are close friends. You don’t want anything happen to them. You want them happy.Unfortunately, that’s not how Ella Frank writes. She gives us all the feels with the character backgrounds, all the obstacles they have to go through, the slow burn, the hotness....Omigod, the hotness!!! I was so scared at the end of Inside Affair of what would happen next. I loved every second in Breaking News. Well...until the end...is it September yet????? Xander and Sean are like ying and yang. So different, yet they are so perfect together.Breaking News needs to be read in order - Inside Affair being the first book. I’m still scared of where this all will go and hold up hope in the HEA we always get from Ella Frank.
