Pay attention to the measurements
I did not realize this was so tiny. My bad I guess for not paying attention to the measurements that were given in the description. I can use it for my leg workouts but I will be looking for another pin that can handle a bigger load. And I don't care what they say, that is NOT a heavy duty carabiner. Maybe medium but not heavy duty.

Hold plates, lift weights
The light weight is mildly disconcerting, but I also don't plan to test the supposed limits. Very good weld and the finish has no flaws. I don't have any concerns about rust with this staying in my unconditioned garage.I would give 5 stars for more heft, but I admit that may be unfair.

Top Notch
I received this order today, the quality and workmanship is clean and it's heavy duty. The shaft measures 8 1/2" from base to top, with 7 1/2" of free space to stack weight plates and the bottom is flat. The supplied carabiner is heavy duty as well. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Seems sturdy
I have used it four times with the wrist roller with no problems. The olympic plates slide on with ease. I expect it to last years.
