Breaks at the bottom.
If your cone filter holder has a hole in the bottom to let the paper filter poke through, you’re going to get a broken filter and grounds in your joe. The perforations are mostly punched through. It’s just not we’ll made.

Smaller than expected
My only minor gripe is that they're smaller than expected, so I have to pour in smaller amounts than with the taller ones.

They work fine. It's just annoying that there is no tab to help open the filter, and the filters are much smaller than I was expecting.
