Great chair.
I'm a 320 lbs man and thus chair holds me just fine. Sound is great and wireless works fine. Not sure what peoples issue is with it. Works great with xbox one or just to watch tv. Was easy to put together and is a perfect addition to the man room.

Great substitute for a surround sound system
My husband wanted a surround sound system for his gaming. He and I discussed it is way out of our budget to get a surround sound system. When my husband was able to test a game chair out he liked it as a substitute. So I bought this chair since it was well within our budget and he uses it every single time he is playing games. Perfect substitute for a surround sound system.

I wanted sooo badly to really love this chair
I just couldn't though.I bought this chair for movie watching in front-projection home theater, not for gaming. On the plus side, it is reasonably well made and is reasonably comfortable. It's nice to have it on a pedestal to get up off the floor about 6-8" higher than other non-pedestal X-Rocker chairs. This chair doesn't appear to be convertible to a non-pedestal model. To remove the pedestal mount and use directly on the floor without significant padding would likely damage your floor, the chair, or both.I never could quite figure out what "4.1 sound" meant for this model. If you're feeding it a stereo signal, it's not going to turn it into surround for you. You'll just get two left speakers, two right speakers, and kicker. And, "kicker" would be an appropriate term since the subwoofer/transducer feels quite a bit like a child kicking the back of your airline seat. Unfortunately, it's not substantial enough to propagate to the entire chair. Instead, it's more like a knee in the small of your back. Note: if you use headphones with this chair, it cuts off the subwoofer/kicker too.The sound in the chair is passable. It can get loud, but the sound isn't full or rich. This is not a huge surprise looking at the miniscule wall-wart power supply that it comes with. Wanting to confirm that there actually *are* four speakers in the unit (yes, there are), I removed the screws that hold in the embedded amp then slid it out. The amp is approximately the size of a magazine folded in half and is disappointingly light. Heavy amp = deep, rich sound (usually). This chair does not have a rich, deep sound. On the plus side, you can wirelessly feed it an audio signal. That feature worked just fine for me. I had the transmitter about 6 feet away. Though the transmitter has the ability to use an external power supply, it doesn't come with one. It's easy to forget to turn it off when you're done. Forgetting that will cost you a set of two "AAA" batteries. It'd be nice if they included a little wall-wart with this. The transmitter/chair has a choice of three operational frequencies (selected by a slider switch on both) to accomodate for interference. I suspect microwave ovens or wireless land-lines might cause interference problems. I had neithere in operation anywhere close to the chair.Though the arms fold up/down, I didn't find any real need to do that. They don't really get in the way. They make it abundantly clear that the arms should not be used for carrying the chair and also should not be used to lift yourself out of the chair. I suspect bolt-anchors in particle board as the construction.I don't hate this chair. I *did* give it three stars. Maybe 3.5 if I were able to here. I just don't love it. I was hoping for so much more.I ended up getting a Repose E1000 chair for about twice the price. There is no comparison. The Repose doesn't rock or recline. It doesn't have wireless. It DOES have midrange and bass and has a superb transducer. If you're on the fence between this or the Repose (as I was), go with the Repose.EDIT: I see this chair is going for close to $300 today (8/27/14). That's $100 more than I paid. Definitley go with the Repose E1000. The price delta is minimal when considering the vast differences.

Decent Gaming Chair and Good Price
PROS: Quick delivery! Good price. The chair was easy to assemble. Recommend sorting the parts out before assembly. There are three different kinds of washers so ensure you're using the correct one or you'll have to unscrew and restart the project over. The chair seems sturdy and stable. The sound quality isn't too bad. Nice chair overall but I did not give it 5 star rating. CONS: As for comfort, it's not very comfortable for long play durations. It could use some softer cushioning but maybe it just has to be broken in and worn down a little before I can give it a 5 star rating. I wish there was a shop in town where I could have tried it out for comfort before buying. Anyway, if you're looking for a chair that's easy to assemble, has decent quality sound and is sturdy, I would recommend this.

Chair defect
I bought this chair for my boyfriend for a Christmas present. He actually loved the chair. He loved the sound quality, the size and the chair was comfortable. Unfortantely, we had to return the chair, due to the transmitter going out.

Two Stars
This never worked right and it doesn't sit straight. It tilts to one side.
