Bottleless Water Cooler Countertop Water Dispenser Hot & Cold Modes For Offices and Homes

The installation does not take a long time, but the water didn't come out from the dispenser at first.I thought my item was a defect, but the product was fine. It was just a problem with my cold water pressure.My cold water pressure is weak, so my water source couldn't pass through the "800" valve (backflow valve?).However, after I bypassed the "800" valve as in the pictures, the cleaned water started coming out from the dispenser.The filtered water should come out without any power sources, so you don't want to power it on until the water comes out from the dispenser.

We purchased this unit in December 2020, and within the first month, I had to "reset" the hot water reservoir via a very inconveniently located switch. Two weeks later, the unit leaked all over the counter and on to the floor. The leaks did not originate from the water connections to the unit, or from the refrigerator (for the ice maker). I contacted Drinkpod support, and they asked for some pictures, and provided no further help after repeated e-mails, and phone calls. I returned the unit to the store, and purchased another thinking this one was a lemon. That was in January 2021. I purchased the same unit, and just now (March 3, 2021), the unit leaked all over the counter and on to the floor. Leaking was not from any of the connections or tubing. It was leaking from the inside of the unit, there was water dripping from the case grate vents. Don't bother purchasing this unit.

Machine is malfunctioning. It has flooded our office 3 times now. I have called and emailed Drinkpod over a dozen times now and they will not return my calls or emails.
