At any arts & craft store,or hobby store.

Q: I have an 9 year old son who is recently really into cars. He's pretty patient and good with legos. Would this be doable for someone his age?

This is a skill level 2 kit which indicates a 10+ as age so it all depends on his skill set.

Q: Is this a manufacturer sealed box? Don't want one with open seal.
