The media could not be loaded.  I will admit I was hesitant to buy any kind of robotic vacuum but I am so glad that I did! We live in an area with a ton of goat heads and tiny pebbles. My boyfriend had a ton of problems in his feet so stepping on them can floor him.The edge sensor is very accurate and takes minimal pressure so a fan style door is enough to keep it out of unwanted areas.The edge feature is provably my favorite because I usually have a hard time getting them even with a broom. Not to mention the suction! It works so well, I have always had a lot of “shedding” from my head and this little guy has picked up more hair than I could have ever imagined!The stout tires means it goes over thresholds without issue. The only thing I did not consider is that it can get stuck under the edge of rugs with it’s amazing finger brushes, but a little bit of tape solves that in no time This little vacuum can go forever without needing a charge and pebbles and goat heads are a thing of the past! I have already told all my family that they need one and I absolutely would buy again.

This vacuum is great, but please do not expect the exact same suction or cleaning power of an upright vacuum cleaner. I bought it specifically for light colored dog hair and dark wood floors., and when I saw that it also mops, I was even more excited.It is a bit noisy, but not like an upright, so you get used to it. It’s smart, but not fail proof. There are times I find it’s cleaning the same rooms over again, so I just move it where I want it. It does find its base, and the charge lasts for a decent amount of time. You have to manually wet the mop, then stick it to the Velcro strips on the bottom. Once the mop is dirty or drying out, you just rewet. It’s nice as you can control the saturation. I haven’t used it on food messes, only dust, and light dirt.To recap: pleased with the product. Didn’t expect miracles at this price point, but couldn’t be happier. Better the bot than me!Full disclosure: I have yet to use the remote, so can’t speak to its functions.

It has been less than a week, but so far this little machine is doing a great job. It is really easy to operate and takes off and puts itself back on the charger when done. I had just cleaned the house the day it arrived and after it's first cleaning, I was amazed at what I missed. We run it downstairs one day on hardwoods and upstairs the next day on carpet. It cleans under beds, which I can't get to and under chairs and couches and furniture. I thought my house was clean, but the thing looks like it has returned from battle when it returns to the dock. Very happy so far.

*Update... so after writing my honest review the company contacted me and asked me to remove my review, even sent a link for me to remove the review. Pretty shady if you ask me. Use the reviews to produce a better product rather than asking customers to delete honest reviews to make an inadequate product "appear" better .Very sad to say this was a dud. Would not connect to wifi, constantly got stuck moving from carpet to tile or tile to carpet, got stuck on a door frame, got stuck along the edge of a bed, would run for about 5 minutes then stop and start beeping. as for cleaning... I never had to actually empty it. finally it never was able to find its way home to charge always had to pick it up and return it to the charging station. Had it for less then 48 hours and returned it. The hunt continues

Wow where to start. It work really well...sometimes. Being that it is a cheaper vacuum I didn't expect too much, however it is really a mixed bag with this one. So let's start withThe good:It does clean well and despite its clear limits with our being able to learn the rooms it still managed pick up most of the dirt on the floor. While some features work better than others it really does help keep thing cleaner so I only really need to sweep once a week now. I do like that I can set it on a schedule and that all I need to do is empty the bin each morning.And now the bad:It is not nearly as good as some reviews nor the manufacturer claims. Suction really could be improved. Its not terrible but it really needs to be stronger. We have only hardwood floors and it struggles to pick up...This thing over the last couple weeks has never made it back to the charger. It either gets stuck on the dumbest things(literally got stuck going over a tiny bump into the bathroom...causing it to shutdown) or it dies trying to figure out how to get around a fraking couch. And This is really my biggest issue, it started in the back of the living room...it had to clean around the couch....WHY does it always plop itself in front of the couch and try to go through it...Seriously it will stop inches from being clear on either side just to return to the middle of the couch to keep trying. And I know, simple answer is move the charging base. That would work but only if I don't let it leave the room otherwise i have the same issue but with a wall instead of a couch. So i have just accepted that I'll have to track it down each morning.So in all it's not horrible, however I do wish I had just gone with a higher quality product.
