I purchased this product in early October and after having used it a few times, I took it apart to let the reservoir dry out. It was sitting on my Bathroom sink counter, and my cat got a hold of it and destroyed the little suction tube in the reservoir as well as the charging port cap.I contacted TilCare customer support that the graciously replaced the whole device after showing them my Amazon Order number.Thanks a lot TilCare!!!

I have had to get another, then another, because I keep giving them to people who need this! I love this simple easy device. I have had several friends come and complain about sinus infection, stuffy nose etc. I let them try my machine, then go off with it, and order another. simple and effective.

This product has two major flaws. First, when the jet tip is snapped in to the pump body the blue gasket is suppose to seal the tip to the pump. It does not. It is loose and lets the jet tip move around. Thus the connection leaks significantly when using the product. Water runs down the whole unit and over the users hand. Very messy. No wonder they include a towel with the product.Second, filling the tank is a juggling act. Per the manual the tank is filled through a small sealable hatch near the bottom of the tank. Both the salt and water go in through the hatch. Salt, no problem. Water, a big pain. You will have hold the device. You cannot set it down and fill it because the tank in round. You have to hold it steady. Then, you'll have to pour the water through an opening about 3/8 of an inch in diameter, or smaller. Lots of luck without spilling a lot of water...again, the reason they give you a towel.As for support; I emailed customer support and did not get a response until I re-emailed after 4 days; they responded 2 days later.The response asked me if I was filling the tank through the jet tip. As worded this indicated this is how the tank was to be filled. This could be done only if a syringe was used. Two things are obvious. First, customer support is not as they indicate on their packaging a first priority. Second, they do not know their own product if they are asking for the tank the be filled through the jet tip.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I have sinusitis and have to use this everyday. It has been wonderful! Its easy to use and clean. I love the smaller size compared to many of the other brand. Making it easy to travel with and store when at home. I recently had to contact customer service needing some help and they where amazing to work with. Got back to me immediately and where so friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough about how great they are and how much I love this product!

I've had this product for over a year now. It is very good at cleaning out your sinuses. However, I always take out the nasal wand and clean it with antibacterial soap. I am always careful in doing this pushing the release button and pulling it straight out. Never fails, the wand eventually breaks off in the machine. Sometimes it's quite difficult to get the broken off part out. That's really the only complaint I have on it and thus the three star rating. I feel this is a built in flaw.
