I don't know why I waited so long to get this filament.
I had another ZIRO dark green filament a while back that printed fine but I didn't think the green really matched the pictures posted in the listing for it so I have kind of steered away from ZIRO filaments for a while. It wasn't a conscious decision, but a "meh" experience with a filament can cause that.I saw this filament like a 1/2 a year ago and liked the looks of it, but I held off until it went on sale just in case it was another "meh experience" as I don't normally return filament unless there is something majorly wrong with it.I was hopeful when I got the roll in person that it printed as well as it looked, and thankfully that proved to be the case. A friend who said she wanted a red USB cable winder, so I made her two - one out of this filament and one out of another red filament I really like. I slowed down all the line types to 50mm/s because I have found that is necessary with most "translucent" filaments I have used in the past. All I can say is WOW! This stuff printed really well and came out looking amazing. I plan to print a bunch of roses out of it soon and am actively looking for models to print with it so I can show off how awesome it is.ZIRO, you knocked it out of the park with this one!

Great looking, very durable filament
I bought this filament to print a set of extra gaudy bagpipes for St. Patrick's day. This filament tends to string/ooze quite a bit more than most PLAs, you will have to experiment with temperature settings but I found that lowering my nozzle temp and print speed seemed to help. I've had no issues with clogging or spool jams thus far using 0.4 and 0.6 mm brass nozzles. This filament's layer adhesion is phenomenal, easily the strongest of any non "pro" PLA I've used. I had to change my support settings after nearly mangling my first print trying to remove it - even a layer-height gap between support and print will stick together firmly, so be mindful of your support interface pattern. As a tradeoff the finished pieces are a bit "softer" than a normal PLA. I suppose this makes them easier to scratch, but the sparkle finish on these colors will hide scratches very well and a quick pass with a lighter can make the problem disappear altogether. The one thing I wasn't too pleased with is that the Emerald is noticeably darker in person than in the manufacturer's photos (and slightly translucent but I expected that). That said, I don't think I've ever encounter a filament that matches the manufacturer's photos when you get it. Overall I'm very pleased with this filament and will probably try another color of it in the future.

Great Filament, buuuuuuuuuttttt.......
I have never had any issues with ZIRO. The colors are always amazing, and any of the specialty filaments have always "Wow"d me. The Sparkle Diamond Blue filament is no different. It is great!Howeverrrrrrrrrrrrr ......Either I got a severely mislabeled "Blue" filament, or the person who named this "Diamond Blue" has never seen the color blue in their life.Don't get me wrong - it is a BEAUTIFUL color! But this very, very purple filament should not be called "blue" by anyone unless we're playing "Wrong Answers Only" or "Close, But No Cigar".

Not bad, but not as glittery as others
I bought this hoping for a glittery dark green to match the diamond-red glitter from the same brand. I didn't like the color of the diamond glitter greens (too "bright") for my use, so I got this. I was hoping it would be as awesome as the diamond glitter red. It's not bad; prints well, but it is dark and does not have much glitter sparkle. It's a bit hard to see in the pictures, but if you look at the side view, on the red you can see much more glitter in the side of the box.It is a very nice dark green though, and sometimes you can see just a bit of sparkle. So if that's what you're looking for, definitely go for it!

Perfect red glitter filament
We have ordered this same filament many many times. It’s a lovely bright red color with a small glitter effect to it. It prints well and is extremely reliable.

This filament prints so smoothly! It's really amazing.
I've found few filaments that print in such a fine finish; print lines are almost invisible it melts together so well. Just really impressed, so much so that I had to take the time to write a review with pictures! Also in the pictures is a print from a similar style filament which sucks, for comparison. :DBoth PLA towers were printed on my Bambu Lab X-1 Carbon with a .28mm layer height and same speed settings.

Most brittle and clogging filament to date.
Unfortunately I can't give this zero stars. I would caution you in buying this. The batch I got, Batch# 17BC0334DXY3, has some serious quality issues. I have been dealing with clogging issues constantly and the filament is very brittle out of the box. I have had to cut yards off just to get to a good section. I have tried 5 different builds and only one has been successful. When it does flow, it is beautiful but because of the small chance that it might work, you are taking a risk. Because it is a consumable, I am not worrying about returning etc. I know the risk when I buy consumables like this. I have also had to print at the highest temp on the box, 220 degrees Cel, in order to keep it flowing. A suggestion would be that if you are going to use it, put at .6 nozzle on the hotend first.

Pretty and prints well
It's pretty. It prints well on my Bambu printers with an 0.4mm nozzle. Good bed adhesion, even with tricky novelty plates. This is good stuff. If you've got a kid that's into Hello Kitty, you can probably make good use of glitter red PLA...

Don't Sleep on this filament. Color is a-maz-ing.
This Purple PLA Glitter Filament is awesome! The color is super vibrant, and the glitter adds a really cool sparkle to my prints. It’s easy to work with, no clogs or issues with stringing, and everything comes out looking great. The shimmer under light really makes projects pop, which is perfect for things like decorations or gifts. The only thing is the glitter can make smaller details a little harder to see, but overall, it's a fun filament that delivers amazing results.

beautiful, but darker than expected!
I thought it was going to be more silver with a lilac hue, but I still love the actual color!
