This furniture looks great but I received damaged chair in set. I went on to Amazon orders and filled out return but do not want refund, I would only like replacement. It would not let me download photos or ask for replacement.

The media could not be loaded.  Not everything arrived at first UPDATED - we were missing a box but two days later box number 4 came and we are all set up. The company responded in 4 hours and provided all 4 tracking numbers (1 for each box) and it showed a simple fedex delay. We are playing with layouts still waiting on our new rug to arrive.....but when I say in love with this I mean it. I love outdoor furniture and this is by far my favorite! It so sturdy, light enough weight for anyone to move around but heavy enough to not slide around when you plop down. Absolutely perfect more so since you have ZERO assembly, one thing I will do is add adhesive velcro to tbe padding with the foot stool as it does jot tie down. They do supply you with anti-slip sheets but I have three kids, three massive dogs and live at the base of a mountain so the wind is intense, I think velcore will do the trick.Quit scrolling and buy this!! - I am going to buy thr 9 pieces for another side of my patio! That's how much I think it is worth it.From first review ---- I know that Amazon will help make sure the missing middle piece, chair and foot stole arrive. But this is something I would buy again, but I don't think I would have to with what seems to be great quality.

Like this set a lot. Love that it came assembled. The cushions are comfortable and it’s great that it easily accommodates 6-7 people. Just wish it was heavier and that the PE wicker didn’t look so much like plastic. Think it was very expensive for the materials from which it was manufactured. It does the job and it is comfortable. Minor hiccup with cushion colors sent in error. Service has been very helpful although not completely resolved. I have beige cushion covers and 4 of them are blue ( not what I ordered). Hope to resolve free of charge to me.

So, first the pros. This set comes pre-assembled, It is very easy to set up, and it looks beautiful. We have had tons of compliments on the set, and I am overall very pleased. I do think it was about as nice as you can get for this price and I love the color too.Now, for the cons. I asked how thick the cushions are and was told 5 inches thick by the seller. Yeah, maybe for the back rests, although they are not firm, but the cushions on the seat themselves are 3 inches or less, and they feel it. I'm disappointed. This is not what I thought I was buying. Secondly, one of the seats has sharp wicker on the arm rests and I can't figure out how to get rid of it because it's not long enough to clip. Also, although the seats do lock together, they sometimes slide forward or back so you have to be careful and straighten them out regularly.These cons are not strong enough to create regret. As I said before, I do not think you could get a nicer set for this price. It isn't perfect but I wasn't willing to put $5k into it, so I am very satisfied with what I got. I definitely recommend this set if this is your price range.

We searched for months for the perfect patio furniture, till we finally found this one, it is nice, comfy, easy to assemble and everyone loves it! I was afraid the color was too poor but is actually really nice, is waterproof, and easy to clean. It's soft and comfortable. Ome of the pillows came ripped off om the side, but we sew that and is like new. When the sun hits it, it does get very hot that you cant touch it but you can always rearrange your couches or wait till is not so hot to use it like us. I personally made a great purchase with this. I have no room for the 2 little tables that came with this but will use it in the front porch or basemant. I recomrnd this patio set up!

We. Love. This. Set!!!! We received the order back in August. I wanted to give it a little while before doing a review. This ser did NOT disappoint! It is stylish, sturdy, and comfortable. What more could you ask for?? There is plenty of room for our family of 6; and still 2 extra seats (2 more than than if we use the cushioned ottomans as seating). The cushions are nice and comfy...although, I do not know how well they will stand up in the rain (we store them after each use) or over time. The cushions do wipe clean if a spill occurs. We have added a fire pit. I was concerned about how well this set would hold up if hot ash was blown on it. So far so good. Not a single burn or melted spot yet. And let me just talk about the sturdiness...especially with having a solid 6'4"/400lb husband, 2 young adult sons who are his height and taller and nearly as muscular, and a 4yo (who walks and flips on this set). These guys "plop" down because of how tall they are and we have had no problems with sagging, etc. I will say even though this set is sturdy, it is fairly lightweight and can get blown around a little bit in stronger winds. We fixed it by tying 2 50lb sand bags to the underside of the couch and 1 25lb sand bag under each arm chair. We haven't had a single problem with blowing around since (and we even had a pretty bad storm without a problem). Get this set. You will not regret it!!!
