Thoughtfully designed, good and good price.
So the Arctic P12 PWM PST is a static pressure fan. A thoughtfully designed SP fan superior to the pack.SP fans are usually part of multiple fan setups like on a radiator, so you need a splitter or something to drive the second, third, etc. fans - but wait! Arctic has a clever daisy chain attachment at the end of the fan cable so you can link up multiple fans. One less little expense, little delay, or little black wire to lose. The box has QR codes printed take you to Arctic support with touch easyy English, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Dutch language support. Convenient. Kind of like they thought that someone might have their computer apart and have a question.10 year warranty. 5 pack at a nice reduced unit price, might as well buy 5. I regret that I didn't buy 5 - they are good fans. Quiet.

New Case Fans
Built new computer four months ago and was still using noisy old fans from previous build 9 years ago. Since new MB can control all fans, it was time for new case fans. Not into the new aesthetics of RGB’s and colored cases of today, just want low noise great air flow fans to cool off during gaming and streaming. Arctic fans are very nice and offer good air flow and low noise (gamers should know that noise level is relative at high speeds). Fans are going to be noisy at high speeds but it a matter of decibels of what you can tolerate and that even debatable since most of us are on headset anyway. I bought all Arctic fans for Corsair 400R case and compared to the fans before they a very quiet a low speed and not as loud at high speeds.

works well with a few issues
this controller isn't a bad option if you want argb in your pc, it's got nice mode and works well, its 2 drawbacks are that it has no solid white setting and that the remote included isn't great. the remote battery does go in properly so it's a bit finicky. also, it confuses inputs, such as when I tried changing modes but it just changed rgb color to red. overall if you need a controller for a rgb it's not a bad option, it does have some cons.

Great remote reception - Amazing Colors/Modes - Compatibility 10/10
The media could not be loaded. I have been trying different ARGB adapters and this is the best price to performance controller to date. No need to use the expensive icue commander or try cooler master adapters which are iffy at best. This Arctic ARGB adapter has lots of modes, clear color with nice fluent effects with clean fading as well as interesting transitions. This is the only unit i have had success with to date that fulfills what i need it to do without breaking my regular 12v rgb compatibility (which all the others did). You can even toggle using your integrated JRGB1 12v port and it will convert the signals for ARGB fans and accessories. I highly recommend!

Quieter than any of the top marketed brands
When I started up my sytsem after putting these in I had to look to actually make sure they were spinning. They're that quiet. Not only do they have lower noise levels than brands like Corsair, Thermaltake, and Cooler Master, but hey also have a wider RPM range than most of them, move more air compared to the other pressure optimized fans, but they're also a fraction of the price.Only thing I could recommend is getting a 4 pin PWM extension cable (they go for under $5) so you have a clean wiring option when plugging into your motherboard because the in-line split to daisy chain them is only about two inches from the end that would plug into the motherboard.

It works...sort of
So this does work...sometimes. And to do so requires a lot of fiddling like removing the battery and turning it off and on to get a response. Initially all I got was a breathing green effect but after much fiddling I got the rainbow RGB I was looking that doesn't come with my motherboard which just quickly rotates between solid colors. Was able to get two Arctic P12 ARGB fans, an EK 240 D-RGB AIO cooler along with a Coolermaster 140mm ARGB fan all off one splitter hooked up to this controller. You also don't need a motherboard hookup, just use a SATA power cable unless you're trying to sync. Also the device is very low profile and the magnets are strongSo in conclusion when it works it works, but most of the time the remote is unresponsive and very finicky. But if all you care about is the rainbow ARGB effect and don't have a an ARGB header nor the correct rainbow effect then this is definitely worth checking out. It might be finicky but you just need to get it to work once and forget it

Followed the Manual and it Melted My Cable
Plugged it in exactly like the manual said and within a few seconds of booting up I see smoke and notice the A-RGB cable from my arctic liquid freezer ii 240 is melted. I doubled checked and tried again and it melted even more to the point it is unusable. I had the RGB header on the MB correct because out of confusion and desperation I tried flipping it; RIP that RGB controller on my MB. That's on me, but the melting of the cable from the cooler is certainly not. This is not the first time I've had awful issues with Artic's manuals. I'm probably going to make this my last purchase, which is a shame, the cooler is decent itself, but the instructions were awful and the A-RGB controller just reinforces that.

Great value quiet radiator fan.
I had med speed Late Yoons before on my radiators as the go to ~$5 fan, but these are way quieter and also force way more air through. Also in a horizontal mount my other fan bearings would start making noise, had to replace all the time. These are a truly great value.
