Taking vitamin c supplements is something we do, regardless of the weather. These pills are an easy way to be consistent with getting the vitamin c, and not having to run to the store to buy citrus fruit. Each tablet is packed with quite a bit of vitamin c, and one per day is more than plenty, especially if you have a well rounded diet as well.The caplets are a bit bigger than what we thought they'd be, but it isn't too difficult to get these down. Just be sure to take a big drink of water or a couple good sips of water. There isn't any taste to these, but if they happen to stick to your tongue or roof of your mouth, there is some bitterness to them.Cost wise, these are a bit pricey, especially if there are more than 2 adults taking them, like we have in our family. We've felt fine after taking these, no upset or irritated stomachs and illness has been kept at bay. So these do have some benefit.

Yep. I said Air Conditioning. That is what we call it at our house. It is the phenomenon that happens with vitamin C that we discovered some time ago by accident. It later was confirmed in medical journals. If you take a good amount of vitamin C daily (as in several grams) your body will perceive the hot weather as being cooler than it really is.HOW THESE COMEThese come in two bottles that are partially full.TABLETSThese are pressed tablets. They are formed in a way that they are not TOO hard to get down, but some people might have issues with them and might need a pill cutter.EXTRASThe extra complex added to this C is a bonus. I like it better.DO THEY HELP?Since my family uses these a lot not only for typical supplementation and adrenal support, but also for air conditioning, I will say that these work great for both.I am horrible in the heat. I mean HORRIBLE. When I take 3 of these a day, I can perform tasks easily on very hot days that would have left me in a heap. It takes a day or two to kick in, but it is worth it.DIGESTIONThere have not been any digestive upsets taking these for any of us.THE BOTTOM LINEThese are very helpful. They could be put in one bottle, but still they work.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. These work well for what I bought them for, and we all like them.

These have kept me free from sickness at work for almost the entire year! They are very easy to incorporate into your daily routine and they are easy to swallow.

The 2 pack is very affordable for a Vitamin C. Be warned that the pills are large and may be hard to swallow for some, I have no problem with them though. You get a total of 150 tablets which is pretty good for the price that was shown when I received mine and it is made in the USA which makes it a better deal since we are giving American jobs by purchasing this.

Arrived packed together in fully encased plastic ... to hold the two of them together.The safety tamper resistant band is super tight and had to be removed with the tab. Someone stronger might have been able to turn it, but it still would have popped the tab apart.Easy off lid (once you break the seal ... it's on tight!)There is no freshness seal, but there is a foam seal as part of the lidMade in AmericaThe bottles are huge ... but the contents of BOTH bottles would easily fit into one.So Much Packaging waste!Type 1 white plastic bottle ... at least it is easy to recycle.Bottles are for 60 each, they add another 15. So, instead of 120, you get 150. And I'm pretty sure the bottles still would not be full. 75 doesn't even half fill one bottle.Cost is 7 cents per tabletIt does have a pungent citric acid smell. That is good.

You get two bottles but since both of the bottles are only half full, all of the tablets will fit into one. The empty bottle will then get recycled. I don’t understand why companies do this rather than just fill a bottle full or make a smaller bottle.My bottles arrived properly sealed and without a childproof cap. The expiration date is on the label. The tables are made in the USA.
