Purchased as a gift for a family member who doesn't have a laptop or pc. They LOVE it. It works for exactly what they need... they can log in and pay bills/shop/watch a movie etc on a screen that is easier to see than their phone but not bulky like a larger laptop would be. Functionality is good and so far there aren't any apps they haven't been able to use!

This tablet seemingly falls apart consistently over time. First it was the headphone port, and barely after a year now it's the charging port. Absolutely broke my daughter's heart.

Only lasted a few months before failure.

The mouse included comes with a usb attachment for it to connect to the tablet via the charging port. It requires 2 AAA batteries. It's all hooked up and not working. I have found no reference online for troubleshooting.

I wish I could give this 5 stars because it was a great budget tablet. Unfortunately it is not a reliable product. After 9 months it had to get a factory reset every couple of weeks to function. Then after a year the touch screen failed making it inoperable. Either there is a QC issue, bad design flaw, or it's a fluke instance to my experience.

Received the Android 10 Tablet Facetel Q3 Pro 10 inch Tablet as a gift and I am estatic with everything about it so far! The speed is excellent and the picture is as crisp as anyone could possibly want. The guided setup was very helpful to easily get it setup in very short order. I would highly reccomend this product to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced, sleek, and excellent performing Android tablet.

I received this tablet as a gift fir my birthday. It's great and really packed with features, I love that it comes with a screen protector and a case, the mouse feels a little cheap but upon learning it was only 140$ I think it's a steal. It runs fast, and performs well, I use it mostly to play android games and no matter how intensive, it seems to play them relatively well. Battery life is also great, lasting several days per charge.
