Q: What would be recommended for concrete, decks and what not?

I would use a pressure washer if not the a good scrubbing brush with simple green and dawn dish soap

Yes it will work thru the built in soad department although you won't get an extreme foam more of a suddy soapy wash but will still clean your car so w.e and as far as chemical guys go just deal with Amazon then. Or just send the item back as most items are returnable

I would doubt it. Anything that would truly be harmful for the environment was removed a long time ago.
